    Best SMS provider in the market for my needs! I started using them for manychat as well via send-sms.

    The API is very easy to use and nicely documented. After sign-up, I was contacted by my account manager and even if the standard prices were already good, we agreed on a discounted rate because of the SMS volume I have. SMS delivery is perfect and support was always helpful when I needed them.

    They should broaden 2way SMS coverage and provide it for more countries.

    I am personally very much inclined to SMS.TO the best thing I find with this gateway is higher success ratio in with low latency. It regularly send notification to administrator in case if quota is about to exhaust, which prevents the empty shooting. The report section is sufficient for daily needs, even data can be exported in case if you want to further analyse the data using any third party software.

    This is one of the affordable yet low latency sms gateway I used. We are using it to pitch our promotional messages to our target groups. The message sucessful delivery rate is on higher side than peers. It has report and charts feature inbuilt into the platform. It can be easily integrated with product using API. The dashboard has almost all required sub menus needed to marketing.

    Negative

    The export report feature is limited to 3 months window.
