Customer support from the company has been very poor in my case. After several attempts to resolve the issue privately, I am still waiting for my refund. I hope the company looks into this matter and resolves it soon.

I had a disappointing experience with SMSLocal. I purchased a corporate subscription in January. At first, I was informed that he was dealing with a health issue and was hospitalized, which I understood and respected.

However, when I later requested help regarding the subscription and asked for a refund in January itself, I did not receive proper support. My calls were not answered, and communication became very difficult. On WhatsApp, I was informed that a refund would be provided, but since then there has been no response or resolution.
