Great for comparing and proofreading documents. Needs some time to get used to, but the highly efficient work flow.

So far my experience with Soda PDF has been excellent. My interaction with technical and sales support has been very good.

I liked the ease with which I could edit and manipulate existing PDF files. I also liked the support I received from the tech staff and the Chat personnel. The chat I had produced everything I was looking for and more relate information.

You are forcing me to expand on a subject that I only have zero comments. I do not have any negative comments about the program or the support.

Studying the software was not enough of my time yet, but my first impression, that it is necessary to practise my usage much.

Express converting from another format.

EML converting format unsupported.
It is necessary to think a lot of what I shall use it as, the symbols help only little.

Good PDF product. I'd recommend to anyone that needs a PDF program and not willing to spend the high monthly cost of Acrobat. Great PDF for a casual user.

I have been using Soda over 4 years and find it good and practical to deal with what I require. The online help is excellent.

Due to unexplained reasons part of the features in the program disappeared. However, it was met with very good online help which assisted me to uninstall and re-install the program, and the problem was solved.

Soda PDF is an excellent program. It is easy to use and I am particularly pleased with the customer support that I have received. It is a program that people who do conversions to and from PDF should have on their computers.

Not so good. Having to deal with a Bot doesn't really help as its standard automated responses reacting to algorithms.

Answers. I really can't think of anything to add as I've been encountering the same issue for 3 days not.

Not being able to speak to someone. The assumption that everyone is of the same technological literacy level. Not being able to use what I've paid for.

I didn't have to speak to a lot of people. Customer service was able to transfer me to billing department to resolve the issue quickly. The refund came in a few days.

The company was determined to refund the money I overpaid. The price dropped and I was glad that the company was willing to make the adjustments. I will be glad to share my experience to everyone.

There weren't any Cons for me. I was very pleased with my experience.

I have nothing to say but it has been a horrible experience dealing with this company. I regret ever using, if any, this software.

Repeated issues with the software, poor customer support (none almost). Constantly re-installing the software, not working.

Poor advertising techniques a terribly distressing experience would not recommend and am still contemplating taking the matter further. I think the sales technique is very intrusive on our machines and interrupting my with adverts is not very helpful.

I had an unfortunate time with your Soda standard pro 365 offer.

I thought i was being offered the use of, for £ 29.95 a year, the standard Soda. When i saw my bill it was £100 =
all the extras mentioned which I did not ask for were added.
The good news that I got a complete refund but still think it is pressure and selling and the way to cancel these options are not clearly stated.

My experience was not satisfactory as I indicated above. The interface is easy to use, but the results are not good. I tried several documents and there were a lot of errors. So I decided not to use it anymore and cancel my subscription. They need to use more and better AI to improve their product.

Good! I like that it has the e-sign features so I can sent contracts this way. I feel like it’s necessary these days to make signing forms easy for people otherwise there’s a chance they just won’t do it or it would take many followups to get things signed and returned. This makes it streamlined!

I was told to upload a pic of my issue I was having. I asked her to stand by. She said take your time. I think it took me around 4-5 minutes to get my image over. In the meantime it must have been too long because it looked like a default message kicked out that said you’ve been silent too long, etc. and I was transferred over to a new tech. I feel like this wait period could be longer or controlled on the tech side or else please don’t tell me to take your time when that’s not the case. Regardless the issue was solved by the new tech no problem and I love your product.

The depth and precision of answers to questions is remarkable. The operators try to find alternative solutions if the starting advise does not work.

Support for your software is outstanding. E-mail as well as Chats will provide the significant help desired.

E-mail response is not immediate but certainly substantial when it is received.

I was very happy to get a desktop version and at the same price great and i started using it and it is easy to use and to understand.

I had just purchased SODA online for Mac and i saw a desktop version and wanted it but they did not have it for mac and the agent found something better for me that answered my need and was a desktop version for the same price great service.

Don't have any i think that i is a great product ands would say it is worth it.

Once you understand the mechanics of this product you too will be lost without it. I use it every day for big and little tasks. It is my primary PDF reader.

I can do so many things with this program. I am very happy to have it in my toolbox! As a realtor, it is important that I have a tool like this.

A little bit of a learning curve. I have recommended it to friends and a few had a difficult time learning how to make it work. I use the Pro and there are more features that make it the best choice for me.

I was really happy to have had Soda PDF's basic program. It did everything I needed. I I could print the book directly from one file. It made doing the book real easy.

I used Soda PDF to print a genealogy of over 400 pages. I used Microsoft's Word program and a drawing programs where I could save them as PDFs. I was able to combine everything into one file that I could print from. Nice Program! I could also do various updates on the combined file as well. I particularly liked being able to insert blank pages where needed.

It was easy to use and everything I required it did. I could not find any fault with it.
