Really good product and first-rate help. This is a better product than the Acrobat Pro which I have been using.

Sandra at Customer help was quick and thorough, and sorted out a problem which I have had for 2 years. Thank you.

It may just be me, but I couldn't see a button allowing me to choose OS. I am a Mac user, and was subscribing to a PC version.

Overall product is excellent.

I have used larger company PDF software, and SODA's solutions and service are much better. Product menu layouts are easy to understand, and service is excellent. I received Chat transcripts without even having to ask!

Nothing to dislike.

If you want the BEST pdf creator, editor and reader then I highly recommend SODA PDF! You will be forever glad you found such a wonderful product.

I like every aspect of SODA PDF and you will too, no complaints. And if you ever have a problem with their software the tech support is out of this world, I have always received a FAST response to my issue. Even when I caused the problem, they were there for me and very courteous.

Can't think of any. And I have tried all the rest and when I found Soda Pdf I was knocked back as to how well the program really was!!

My very positive experience has been somewhat tainted because of waste of time and efforts to manage downloading updates which I do not need at all (the old version was quite ok).

I like this product. It is quite convenient and easy to use (but not install after updates unfortunately).

But I hate extra efforts experiencing a conflict when downloading updates for Soda PDF. It took me months and a lot of nerves to settle this "conflict"!

With various features documents can be processed as required. E-sign option is an important tool to get documents attested electronically which was most helpful during the Covid phase.

Soda pdf with its various features like conversion, merge, e-sign gives complete access to carry out document handling efficiently.

Slow response when using drag option to get files in one file to merge.

SODA PDF has been a platform that has allowed me to have a wide view of PDF files in a simple way, with the help of this platform I have also been able to replace words within a PDF file, I have been able to highlight specific words or texts in the PDF file, as well as I have also been able to completely modify the interface of each of the pages that the PDF file contains. I consider that the experience I had within this platform was extremely complete, I was able to create PDF files from scratch, I was able to create several contracts that you can use within my business area, in addition, I loved the security and blocking service of each PDF file, that It helped me to be able to share PDF files with all my employees or with my clients without running the risk that they could edit this PDF document. In addition, the service to convert documents to PDF format also works great, it allowed me to convert several documents Simultaneously, I have never seen this before in another platform, so this function was very important to me, I loved the fact of being able to commit several documents at the same time in PDF format. In addition, with the help of this platform I was able to create quite attractive PDF files, in addition, I was able to print PDF files with an optimized quality, since this platform has some good functions and tools to be able to modify the general impression of each PDF document. I consider that the company that I obtained within this platform was enough to continue using it within my company for many more years.

SODA PDF is an amazing platform to be able to customize all types of PDF files and also to convert a large number of documents. The things I liked the most about this platform were:

1- The first feature that I liked about this platform is that it is the only platform that I have found to be able to convert several documents simultaneously, I can convert several documents of different formats thanks to PDF format simultaneously, this function is very important to me , since I can convert any type of document from any format to PDF using this platform, this is fantastic.

2- The second function that I loved about this platform is the information scanning service, since I can download any type of image and convert it into text immediately, this scanning service is totally accurate, and is capable of detecting any type of letter or any type of words and convert it to a fully modifiable text, this function is very important to be able to exercise any type of image and convert it to text immediately without having to do it manually.

3- I have also loved the function in which I can divide a PDF file into several parts, that allows me to divide for information that contains some PDF file, in addition, it also allows me to combine several PDF files and create a single PDF file, with all the combined information, this feature is very important to me, as I can convert PDF files into multiple parts or combine multiple parts into one.

4- It has an integrated digital signature service, this service allows me to add signature fields within the documents or contracts that I have made within this platform, in addition, after adding to each signature field, I can add the name of the signatory of each of the fields, this function allows you to receive any type of digital signature in the PDF document.

Some of the main negative things about this platform were:

1- The main negative point of this platform that is only available in a web version is a version for computers, therefore, if you try to use it on your mobile device, that will not be possible, since there is no type of charger application for mobile devices, this platform is not available for iOS devices or Android devices, which means that you cannot edit any type of PDF file on your mobile phone, and you will not be able to create new PDF files from your cell phone either. The only App that is available for phones is SODA PDF Merge; but that app does not allow editing or creating PDF files.

2- Nor is there a digital system for creating and editing PDF files collaboratively, you will not be able to create a PDF file and edit it jointly with your work team, this function is very important when a contract is being created and support is needed from your Colleagues, however, this feature is currently not available within SOFA PDF, I hope it will be implemented in the future.

I have to wait quite a long time to solve my problem.

Have to pay again to update the software (but I did not, because I am considering moving to another serious company). Bought it for life. They must tell the selling point that it will be upgraded.

Great software, reasonable price, great customer service and I will recommend this to people who don't want to use the big PDF software companies' products.

The technical support team is quick to response and were able to solve my questions right away. I really like this level of customer service aside from what the software is capable of!

Sometimes it's hard to scroll a file but this won't "break it" for me.

The problem was resolve quickly.

My email reporting the issue was responded to quickly with a the information needed to resolve the issue.

How disappointing, for a paid version of a PDF editor. This doesn't allow me to highlight or annotate and requests that I upgrade to pro version. There are free versions of pdf software on the market that allow for highlighting and even annotations, so definitely not worth paying for renewal again.

Converting, editing, and merging work well, so I can't complain regarding this functionality of the software.

You have to upgrade and pay for highlighting and annotation, this is extremely disappointing as this is costly when comparing against alternative pdf software in the market.

Great software, I have used a lot of software from this supplier, and as with all their software it does what its supposed to and I can't fault it in any way it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Works very well, and I have used it on a couple of files so far and have been very pleased with it, although I had initial problems with registration the Customer services team soon sorted it for me.

Have not found any problems thus far, although a relatively new user, I have been delighted with its functions and overhaul very happy with the purchase.

I needed a product to merge PFD files and SODA is the only one that matches my requirements. Easy to use, interfaces with other PDF products, and has a vast array of applications. I've only had to contact Customer Services once and was totally amazed by the speed of response and positivity in resolving MY issue. Best Customer Services ever.

Ease of use, flexibility, and the range of tools available with this product. Visually well designed and easy to navigate.

I have had this latest version about 1 year since I discovered Docudesk Studio in 2017. I will continue to use SODA PDF until I don't need it.

Though I have been with DeskPDF for several years, I still consider myself an amateur home user who can create fill-out forms. SODA PDF is much easier to learn and has more functionality than the other products I explored. I have not even scratched the surface of its capabilities. I believe it to be robust enough for the PDF expert in a business enterprise to make himself shine among the others. The help desk people can solve your issues in a reasonable amount of time.

The e-sign is not well understood by me. I somehow stumbled upon how to effectively use it. Surely, I could have explored YT videos for help.

I've been using this service all my life. The best pdf all around website. The OCR is top-notch, compression is fabulous too. What else do you want?

Hands down this is the best all-in-one service I've ever come across. i have checked other services like Adobe, but they don't have an online OCR function. soda pdf does everything in an effortless and convenient way.

Possibility to to convert files to Office ones.

Pricing after one year is much too high and this increase is not habitual. It can surprise customers. It seems not honest that suddenly you must pay much much more for a soft that you use during one year.

Of course customers normally know that, but by experience I think that many do not read carefully general conditions

Soda PDF offers all the options you may need for your business to work effectively. I use it daily and it provides the options I need.

Would like the dashboard to be a little more explanatory.

I contacted Melanie in support about the calculation issue and while she tried to help, she clearly did not understand the issue.

at the end of it all I was just left hanging with no resolution to the issue.

I guess I will have to go back to paying 180.00 dollars x 3 for Acrobat!

The product is cheap! Much cheaper than Adobe Acrobat DC, but cheap does obviously not mean better.

Interface is not really easy to use... too many mouse clicks and movement across the screen to accomplish a simple task - IE SAVE AS...

Calculation fields are clumsy and not reliable. when you change a number in the form the form does not recalculate

Very useful application in its flexibility and support which is available 24/7 irregardless of location.

I have used SODA PDF in the process of communicating with my building contractor and Drafting contractor I have found it a very efficient and record keeping method reducing any misunderstandings as all the Drawing changes are on record.

I can add comments and highlight areas of change on Drawings.

Wonderful product that does everything as advertised. Customer service is also top-notch, but in email and in chat.

I've used this product for years and years to accumulate tax papers....one file for each account I can add to each month. So easy to keep and access what I need.

I wish "inserting" a page was a little easier. It takes WAY too many clicks. A shortcut for often used features would be great.
