Overall software design and user friendliness, great, not to mention the easy support use and live chat assistance.

I did like the whole format of the software. I liked it was installed on my computer and I could log in from any system online and use it that way.

It was not exactly what I was needing.
the price was a bit high.

The online platform helped me do most of the things I wanted.

I bought a one week subscription for a single document.

The desktop version was not connected to my account. Always gave caution to update. Since my product was not linked to my shopping (although I was signed-in on desktop version) I could not save or download my pdf. From the desktop program, clicking on neither the password nor the management worked. the browser told that it was a too long or bad sth (I can't remember but sent the screenshot previously)

I had to download, install and uninstall the desktop version many times hoping to make it work.

It also took me about 1 day to realize that the online edited document was disappearing after 24 hours (found it on knowledge-base rather late).

The paragraph aligning options were missing on the online platform.

Product excellent.

Auto renewal and renewing subscription caught me out with double payment. Miffed.

Or cancel second year subscription and make me happy.

Feature packed and wants for nothing, used daily and makes report management and pdf editing so straight forward.

Auto renewal process and cancellation I found not intuitive and I ended up paying twice and had to commute second payment to an extra year's subscription. I would have preferred refund.
BUY IT AND TURN OFF AUTO RENEWAL.

Overall, SODA PDF is a light and smooth document editor which has all the necessary features to edit or create a document without being bulky on the system.

2. It allows creating, editing and merging documents with just few clicks.
3. The user interface of the application is smooth and handles large files without any lags.
4. It is flexible to use and offers a lot of customization.

Accurate response from the billing service after some recall. Candice worked on the request and I got the issue solved.

Delay to respond and to solve the issue, E-mails were not answered on time and 24/7 chat was not working.

So far so good I have come across any major issues with the software. the more you use it the easier it becomes. I did have an issue with an update but customers services sorted it within minutes.

I've been using this software for around 7 months. I have found it real easy to use. Its simple to use, very user friendly. They have a good support network should you have any issues. and a very helpful customers services team who knows their stuff.

Only issue I've encountered was a software update that would not load correctly. On live chat the issue was resolved in minutes.

I love using Soda PDF, it makes my work so much quicker and more efficient. I can be completely paperless and the presentation of my reports is suburb.

Soda PDF is very easy and intuitive to use, I was up and running with it minutes after downloading the software.

Recently I had a problem with Soda PDF billing but the customer service rep sorted it very quickly so I was a happy camper.

If I had received an email notification regarding subscription renewal I would have been able to cancel the renewal and would have avoided the hassle of trying for almost a week to get my money back. The website should be updated. Currently it states that it should take “24 hours, but no more” than that.

SODA PDF is simple and easy to use, however I would not purchase this again because of the difficulty in getting a refund of $132.50 m; and because I didn’t receive an email reminding me of the upcoming renewal as the website states. I don’t use this product any longer and I didn’t realize or remember that it was automatic renewal.

I’ve been trying to get a refund since Thursday. Today is Wednesday. It has been almost a week. The website says 24 hours.

I didn’t receive a reminder email that the subscription was about to renew. If I had received an email, I would have canceled automatic renewal and would have avoided this difficult process.

Overall, Soda PDF is a great tool to do all kind of operation on a PDF file easily and efficiently. The tool is simple, fast and increases overall productivity of the organization by saving a lot of time.

I have been using SODA for 3+ years. Love it. It is easy to use and reliable. As good or better than Adobe programs.

Ease of use. Ability to convert to Word, PDF, and spreadsheets. Good spell check. Decent price. Beats Adobe. Using it for personal and educational purposes saves me a lot of time.

The editing features take time to get used to. I would like to see instructional videos on all the features. There are many options I don't use but might if I could view a video.

Some time when you going to print, the preview page showing full page, but printing cut end of the page.

IF i was in the working force, i could then afford a plan with more options. As such I have to utilize OTHER online products to complete my pdf requirements.

Has a lot to offer, easy to work with, i just have the basic, need it only on occasion, i'm retired and only have needs periodically.

The basic does not include password protecting, need to upgrade, i can't afford it on a fixed income. retired, the basic should include more options.

I think it's an incredible product. I operate an oilfield and pipeline service company and SODA PDF is involved in every single background of my business.

The product is worth every penny, with how much you can do. Especially someone like me who works where they are at (on the go) I can integrate SODA PDF with all of my devices and am never stranded without help because if their great customer service.

On my phone I have to download a local copy, but I am new to the phone app, and it's just an extra step to delete the copy. but like I said, maybe there is another way I just haven't gotten too far into the phone app yet.

Functional alternative to Adobe with power user features. Customer service response was excellent when needed.

My belief is a user with above average technical experience in converting and editing pdf docs will benefit most and can get a much better deal than Adobe.

You need to modify quickly and easily a PDF ? Yep SODA never failed me!

There are many options to convert really fast any format into another it is so intuitive!

It is a shame that there is no HOME edition (no monthly subscription) anymore.

Overall an OK PDF program that has a lot of room for improvements. In particular the implementation of the 'append document' option and the improvement of server reliability.
The support quality varies. I had two agent that seem to have big knowledge gaps and I also had Ginger (twice) now, who is polite, swift and has a good knowledge. So if you get him (or her?) you'll be in good hands.

... one of the features I use very often in Adobe is the 'append document' function, which allows to append additional pages by clicking on a link in the PDF. Soda PDF does not offer that option.
Today, I tried to sanitise a document, and only got the pop-up 'buy the business version'. Now, I confirmed with support that the sanitise option is included in the pro version but currently not available due to server issues.
Also, their advertising pop-up are very annoying. Contacted support and they just sent me a weblink with instructions I told them I had already tried. Eventually found a solution myself, very different from what support recommended, and the solution is actually simple but not described in their documentation.
