Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I did my research by reading a number of online reviews. I first looked at the price - it was about 5 dollars a month (I got it on special). Adobe goes for about 20 a month. The other alternatives were very close but when you analyzed the features, and more specifically what I need for my purposes it became clear that SodaPdf was the winner. Do your own research before you buy. Customers review are great but in the end you need to verify with a hard investigative and open mind.

It's not often that you get a great product at a great price matched by excellent service. That's what I received from SodaPdf. As far as I can see, it does everything that Adobe does at a fraction of the cost and if you experience any difficulties, the service guys will do backflips to help. This is why little guys are so important in the marketplace. They keep the big guys in check. Maybe Adobe will pay attention.

Absolutely none. The price is a fraction of Adobe and when compared to the other alternatives is is equal or less. But when you factor in that this software provide more features than the non-adobe alternatives, it's a no-brainer. Do your research.

I have digitized my entire life going back 50 years. Every paycheck, receipt, certificate, letter, etc....has been scanned and organized on my hard drive. Soda PDF Pro was a key tool in making this happen. I can pick up my computer and move to another location with all my life long documents.

I have been using this product for over 4 years. Does everything I need and I suspect I have only scratched the surface in regards to functionality. Easy to use.

Nothing. Soda Pro has more functions than I need...but maybe someday, I will find a requirement.

Overall I'm very pleased with Soda PDF. Its perfect for my line of work and I will continue to use it.

Definitely a cheaper option compared to adobe. Great option for those of us who have a home business.

So far the only issue I've come across is when I try to print a pdf with different sized paper (I use letter and legal sized paper) the software doesn't seem to recognize it and wants to print everything on letter sized paper. There may be something I'm missing with the settings?

My overall experience with the SodaPDF software and contacting support and the resolution for my issue was excellent.

So far, I love the 360 Pro version. i use PDF's quite a bit and i love the options to merge, edit, create PDFs.

When I tried to install the 360 upgrade, my CC was charged, but I could not install the upgrade. I contacted Support and they responded within a couple of days with a resolution.

So far, I have not found anything that i have not liked about this software.

Difficult interface. Attempts to add, say a 'print' button just prints the form, doesn't add a button. Buttons could not be made non-printable.

Their support is excellent. No waiting. My questions in my emails were answered in a day and the answers were to the point and they understand their program so well they knew exactly what I required.

Excellent for editing, designing, converting and protecting. Been using it for 6 years and never let me down. Using it extensively as most of the documents I send out must be protected. Very user friendly to design and copy from one file to another. Very useful to insert pages from other files. I just find it to be one of the most useful programs I have regarding PDF files.

I found no cons in this program. It is easy to use and just what I need. Obviously there are other programs maybe with more features, but there is nothing I found that hanged on me or did not work. The functions are all working as it should.

I have been using Soda PDF for over 5 years and enjoy using it. Over the years, I have not had any major issues using PDF. They are always updating their design and features. It was easy too.

Easy to use and reasonably priced. Customer service is really good. Anytime I have an issue that they cannot immediately resolve, they make sure to find out how to get it fixed and will follow up.

Sometimes it crashes. I wish they had a backup feature so I wouldn't lose what I was working on. Dislike being limited on how many signatures I can do.

The 1st time I print it only prints part of the label I am printing. 2nd print works fine.

Good, it was available when I needed it... go search, see what you find... it helped me, try and see... you may become a member.

Fast and efficient... there are others, but this one came up first...you never know when you need it.

For the short time i used the product it was great. I gave it 4 stars because of the auto update issue. Other than that i was pretty pleased with the overall performance. I just don't need the program at this time.

All the best features of word plus a pdf program that a person can imagine. I enjoyed being able to combine files into a single pdf which made it easy to email to my acolytes.

Was not able to figure out how to stop the auto updates and it slowed down my computer in the middle of important work on my project. My laptop also refused to use the program as a primary pdf location no matter how many times i reset the default.

Not good! Very frustrating experience and no tech support that's of any value. I can use the tech chat for an hour when a phone call would take 5 minutes. I would not buy this product again but I bought the lifetime version and don't feel like spending more.

I have the ability to add text as well as extract pages, etc.. There are some features that work OK, but ...

But the program has major issues and is hard to navigate to where you need to be to perform anything. Great example is adding a signature. Had to chat with your tech folks because they don't do phone. NO PHONES for tech customer service and believe me you need a lot of tech support with this program. Oh, every time I try to add text the program freezes and I need to start completely over.

Professional and speedy, solution was found within seconds and proved to be exactly what was

Went onto Chat. Response within seconds.
Sent me some links to solve problem.
10 minutes later all solved.

I am not really into computers, I am too old, 80, but this system seems to be a great system and excellent help to contact with. They seems very willing to assist you in understanding this system, something just too much for me to understand.

Just too much for me. What else can I say.

Elected this product over two others.
Use on my Desktop when in town, and my Laptop when at customer's office.

Ease of Use.
Good Documentation.
Can develop Form using Microsoft Word.
Preview option as one edits.

When completing the Form, cannot send an email with this attached file.

Overall experience has been good and fits my requirements very well. Pricing is good compared to other products.

Much faster to use than the earlier versions.

Sometimes requires more time / processing power. No big deal though.

Not having the ability to talk via telephone to an agent made trouble shooting software problem tedious.

I found that "forms" could be created and added to documents. Having the ability to add, split, and extract pdf files is very handy.

The user interface in Ver 12 is not as user friendly as Ver 11, I do not see much of an advantage in Ver 12 over Ver 11.

I use it daily for my self and for the museum I run and it works like I want it too. It is a great product to work with.

I recently needed to reinstall Soda PDF Pro on my computer. Using the customer chat option was fast and convenient.

Soda PDF Pro takes care of all my needs for converting PDF documents and images. It is easy to use, intuitive.

It took me a while to shift from another PDF converter program but the transition was relatively painless.

For now, quality/price this is an amazing product, either you're looking for basic things to do or advanced things, Soda has all you are looking for at a reasonable price!

Really like it so far. All you need in one easy to use program! Would recommend to anyone looking for a PDF viewer, editor, e-sign.

Can't tell any cons for the time being, as I said it fill all my needs for now.
