I use this product daily and it has helped my overall work flow and speed of processing. Had one hiccup with the annual renewal (my fault) that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Definitely recommend as part of anyone's business daily use

Soda has a wide range of capabilities. The ones I use the most are the highlight and compress. Definitely the best pdf program I have ever found

Really still exploring all the features and have yet to find anything that was not easy to use

I like the software as it is so easy to navigate and use. The customer support is second to none couldn't fault it and responded very quickly with a very friendly manner nothing is too much trouble.

Worth the buy on a discount, as a loyal customer for years with different accounts I can't help but feel like they are going to profits rather than customer satisfaction.

I love SODA PDF when it's on discount. It allows me to quickly and easily merge, split, extract, comment, highlight and redact documents.

Keeps getting more expensive each year, features that were once included in the standard package are now in the PRO more expensive package.

Jake spent an hour with me today trying to help me fix the problem, and that's after I spent twice that with Melanie. She just stopped responding to me and didn't help me fix it at all. But Jake did, and I so appreciate that.

I'll be taking my business elsewhere the next time this happens, that's for sure.

I like the ease of version 11. It is easy to understand, easy to use, easy to find things, I just like this version the best out of all the other Soda versions.

Sometimes it forces you to accept an upgraded version. That happened to me yesterday and it made my job a lot more difficult. It took me three hours to use the "add text" or "type text" tool in the version 12, whereas in version 11 I could have completed it in one hour.
The text box has a drop-down menu that appears right on top of the page where I was trying to insert a text box (in the upper right-hand corner), and this box drops down with the ability to change the font color, font size, font type, etc. But it drops down right onto the page and you can't see where you're typing in the text box. I had to "click" on the text box to get it to appear where I wanted because every time I would make a font adjustment, color, size, etc., it would close out the text box.
That's just the dumbest upgrade ever. I don't know who the idiot is that thought of that but it's stupid, irritating, and takes twice as long to accomplish anything.
The whole layout of version 12 is so stupid it's hard to find anything. Again, I don't know who the idiot is who created it but it's dumb.
Version 12 is a horrendous product . It makes no sense whatsoever. It's hard to navigate. And it's difficult to use, i.e., the three hours versus one hour because of the difficulty to navigate it.
I hate the fact that every year they force you to get an upgrade you don't want. It wouldn't let me into Soda version 11 until I accepted the upgrade, which then made my life miserable for two days. There was not way around it until I got on the supports "chat online" option. I still spent three hours with them trying to revert back to version 11, which they obviously don't want you to do. They just want you to accept the upgraded version.

Great lightweight PDF editor. Does not have a massive footprint on the hard disk for the functionalities. Handy alternative to other mainstream editors.

I have used SodaPDF for sometime now. Although my usage is pretty minimal, I use SodaPDF for my needs.

Not what I need. A major function, highlighting and extracting highlights is not included in the base.

Low cost. But stripped down version. Not much better than the free Adobe Acrobat reader. I was not pleased.

Low cost but low in features. You get what you pay for. As I mentioned above, this product is not better than the free Adobe program.

The issue sorted out by transferring involving three customer services and finally Irene told me that I would be refunded partially so It is all good at the end.

If you want the best software to create maintenance plans, invoices or any GREAT looking, and easy forms, use SODA PDF.

I have been using SODA PDF for years and I love the way everything looks when done. I create a template for my maintenance plans and only have to do it ONCE, because I just edit the date and other info using last years contract. And creating a new template is also a breeze. SODA PDF rocks!

What I didn't like was one day I installed an anti-virus software program and the virus software messed up my Soda Pdf and it would not work, I was fretting real bad, but the tech support got me back up and running in no time at all!

Unsatisfied with previous efforts but now extremely satisfied with my recent request and the solution provided.

My issue was dealt with expediently this time around and am extremely satisfied with the new updated version of Soda, heaps better than Adobe.

Past support was awry was not satisfied with outcome I ended uninstalling the product and trying again.

I have used Soda to accomplish tasks others could not do with other PDF programs. I am completely satisfied. Would recommend the Soda products to everyone.

Used Soda PDF since 2012 to create and manipulate PDF Files. Wrote sections of a manual, created PDFs, and then combined the files into a complete manual. Easy to accomplish. I also transcribed Civil War documents from a Southern Plantation and Soda PDF was invaluable to view the original copied documents.

Nothing that I ever noted. Support has quickly responded to queries.

Only used on occasions, such as unzipping files and signing electronically. It is an adequate application for my needs, at a reasonable price.

I can sign electronically and do everything Wordzip does easily. It is compatible with my main software packages.

I did not like being upgraded to the full pro version using mark non-use as the invoice default. Would be more consumer-friendly if the choice of opting in was used, not opting out, when asking if an upgrade was wanted as it is error-prone.

Overall, Soda PDF is a feature-rich PDF editing tool that comes with an affordable pricing. The customer support is also quite responsive.

A bit too costly if without any promotion pack. Need to have the guidebook or help common to understand how to use the features.

Can convert files easily even offline. Snapshot is useful rather than the print screen. Need to attach a guidebook on the feature.

Difficult to find on the copy and paste even it simple command; If can have instead signature because now have a touch screen.

If you need to read or view pdfs frequently you can definitely use them.
It is free and has a pretty good interface to give you a good experience.

I really like this program. It is convenient to be able to alter text within a .pdf. It is great for compiling documents. Without this program, I would not be able to complete tasks required of me at work. I am pleased with the fast and available live chat agents.

That the live chat agents were friendly, quick and compliant. There were no questions asked. They resolved everything within minutes.

That the charges came without me being aware of it.

Initially, I had questions about using the product but a quick message to "support " describing my concern was met with a quick resolution which allowed me to timely complete my project.

I was in the middle of a very important project which failure to complete had the potential of severe consequences from several perspectives.
This product's functions saved the day and I will forever be a consumer.

It solves every problem. I had when making or editing a PDF. It is easy to use, and everything can be implemented with ease. The paid version is great in terms of versatility.

You can view, share and edit an existing PDF, and make a new PDF too. With the set of tools it provides, you can make an amazing, well-written, and well-indented PDF.

It has every tool to cover every aspect of an idea PDF. Once you give it a try, you cannot complain about anything.
