It is a nice program and look forward to using it often. I am thankful that SODA has a very good helpful staff.

All functions are very helpful to use.

It seems every time I have updated the program I have had issues getting it validated. This time was no different, after much frustration to get the program activated I went to support and a chat with Molly. She figured it out that I had two different emails on file. She deleted the old email I no longer use. Finally got the activation to work thanks to Molly. She sure is patient for I am stupid at times. Thank You.

You should make it easier to know that your pricing is an annual recurring fee.

I'm happy to recommend this software. Yes, it costs but it is is far better than any freeware or web-based utility out there.

I really like the ease of use and range of features. I am by no means an IT expert but within 15m of installing the software I was up and running.

There are not any negatives for me with the software.

Soda PDF can be used to sign the documents online and also edit them without any hassle. It is easy to used and user-friendly.

- It easily compresses the file without downgrading the original PDF quality.
- PDF can be signed electronically with Soda PDF.

- There is no con that I have found, works great in every scenario.

Overall, Soda PDF is a light and easy-to-use tool for all the pdf related editing works. It can also be used to change the format of the documents.

- It has some useful features like compression to save storage space.
- It has a clean UI.

- It can be optimized more to work smoother than it works now.

Very positive. The only problem I encountered is that, when I try to delete a newly saved file, the program prevents me from doing so, saying that it is still open. I overcome the difficulty by closing the soda program.exe by Windows "task manager", but it is annoying.

Intuitive and simple to use program. At the moment, I think it's the best on the market.

Some features are not as good as Adobe but it is great for the price. Also had problems erasing and/or changing type that I didn't add. But I only have been using a few days.

Pretty easy to use. Great price even after the introductory price, I won't be using the features of the Pro so it wasn't worth the price. I like that they had add on features.

Could use better help instructions. The type feature is very inconvenient. I complete a lot of forms and I had to click on the feature each time I made an entry.

I've had issues before with copying and pasting from Adobe where what I was copying and pasting turned out to be jumbled, which required me to type instead of copy and paste. I do not have that problem with this program.

Great. I recently reinstalled my OS and trying to use other software was annoying. Very pleased to get Soda back working.

It is a great blend of attractive, intuitive design and extensive functionality.

I've tried several others and none come close. Adobe is the closest but that is much more expensive and I am not interested in a subscription model.

Having to get new code each time I change my system is a slight minus but I can understand why - so not really a complaint.

I don't want a subscription model which seems to be the push at the moment.

I am happy with the product and customer service, quick response to resolve my issue and answer my questions.

The product was easy to use, had everything I needed in one package. Verse other products in the market place, they have conquered the basics plus much more . I was able to finally download and started using right a way.

Was very confusing as to downloading right product after purchase. I purchased the product and am annoyed by the constant ad for upgrading, I don't see why I would need to upgrade if everything was included in my purchase

Overall, Soda PDF is complete software for all your PDF document needs, you can sign, edit and share documents, even without any internet connection.

-It is almost a complete package, you get all the necessary features with Soda PDF, I didn't found any con in this software.

I normally don't like pop up fields but in this case i needed to change a receipt. It was done just in a few minutes. This support is just awesome.
If i would scan and email i would loose too much time! The Lady was very professional and nice!

Customer support is excellent and friendly. As I said before, the software is great. I definitely recommend it.

I think SodaPDF is a great product. It's easy to work with and its features makes it easy to work and manage PDFs. I recommend it.

Be aware that they renew the annual subscription without alerting you about your anniversary so you may have to contact customer support to cancel.

Support at its finest in the software industry, something that you don't get from other software vendors these days.

Lulu has stood by its end users to a very good degree. I haven't seen that in other companies that only want to promote their latest updated software for monetary gain only, I use an older version of Soda PDF 8 Pro because I can't afford to upgrade. The support team at Lulu have been extremely supportive when needed and I highly recommend their products.

None that comes to mind. You can count on the support staff when you need them.

The software does the job I needed to do but I like the previous version better. The technical service representative was Fast, Efficient and extremely courteous, A++++

The customer service representative I had was great because she spoke fluent English, She was extremely courteous and above all very technically Smart because she knew the product and had all the answers.

My comment here is nothing to do with the Technical service representative.
It had to do with the software changes that went into the 360 Pro. It is my Personal feelings is for every icon you have to hover over it to find out what it means. Use a small icon with a simple explanation under it.

Excellent, helpful and quick to come back too me and the app is great know I know how to work it and can access it from any where in the country.

Emie was very helpful when I had a problem with my Soda desktop, she helped me get back into and reset the app so I could carry out what I needed to do and enabled me to carry on working. Lovely lady & very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was when I couldn't get into the app but that was not Emie's fault I think I messed around with something and she put it right.

I could not describe what what the cause of my issue as I did not know what I did to cause it. This did not phase the support person who simply cut through all that & arrived at the real problem. The "fix" was then relayed to concisely & correctly enabling a better than satisfactory resolution.

The support person (name available if required) was knowledgeable & equally important was able to understand my technophobia whilst at the same time solving my problem.

There was nothing that I would like to record here except that if I have to the support person may have expected my knowledge of simple technical terms was way better than it actually is.

It is a good and easy operating product. It is worth buying although the price can be lower. I like this product.

Soda PDF has many choices of converting .The print setting also has many detailed settings. It also has the previous reading datas kept.

Price is a little bit expensive for a yearly user.

This product is not as advertised, in my opinion. I should not have to consult online support to use its basic editing features.

The free version is an adequate pdf reader. The paid version is somewhat cheaper than Adobe, and advertises the same features.

Features are very difficult to manipulate, and editing capabilities are VERY limited. If you only need a pdf reader, the free version is adequate.

Also -- they advertise a monthly cost, but require you to pay annually with only a 30-day refund period. So, if you experience over time is unsatisfactory, you cannot receive a pro rata refund. I'm eating the cost and going back to Adobe.

It's a great product.

The initial installation went great. I'm interested in putting my large excel files to PDF files for emailing.

All went good.

When I went to print a document. Soda would come up?

All that needs to be done is go into each program you print from and change print to printer instead of Soda. All works great afterwards.
