Molly is an excellent tech.

FYI: I support the software end of my husband's business. He loves that I'm able to utilize Soda to help him with technical material.

I needed an image displayed landscape on a page changed to display as portrait. Soda's tech, Molly, provided me the steps and it worked. The next day I needed to do a similar thing but those steps didn't work I was lucky and got Molly again. Puzzled, she had me send the new original and the one I tried to change. She fixed it and sent it back to me. As a former IT / Software Trainer, I could tell Molly knew "her stuff".

The interface is easy to understand and operate.
The support has really been very very fast whenever I had a query.

Very rarely it has hung on me. I restarted and worked fine.

Excellent PDF editor which covered our needs.
Package is generally well designed with plenty of features to cover all of our needs and more.
Was also able to purchase a perpetual license which was great.

Great PDF editor and viewer.
Easy to review, add watermarks, edit documents and add review stamps.
Excellent support when needed.

Minor niggle in that the editor sometimes hold a PDF as active when closed.

As mentioned I used Soda pdf in online schooling. Normally in the classroom I print out the working sheets (pdf) and distribute to the pupils - later I collect the results. In internet teaching this is not possible. I have a lot of working sheets in pdf on my stick. I need a tool that fits: pdf -> word. The transforming from Soda to word was lousy. The pupils know word, but they refused to fill out the soda result in word. So much different formats in the word file.
The pupils did not want to print out the working sheets at home (costs ink,..) they want to fill out online in word.
Other functions in soda I did not need and so I did not use.

+ a lot of functionalities
+ easy transfer a document (jpeg, xls,..) to pdf.
+ menu of soda is easy without explanation

- automatic renewal of the contract
- does not fit my needs after transforming from pdf to word

I installed the first time and everything was fine, then an update came out and the system would not operate, however - the customer care team were quick to respond and assisted me greatly. They quickly came up with a fix for the problem and we were back up and running in no time. Many thanks to Audrey and Roni for all their kind help.

Ease of use, simple to install and has great features.

Nothing at all, even though we did have an issue, it was quickly and expertly resolved by the customer care team.

Some Techs better listeners created slight delay. Not negative enough to to change a support rating of my overall excellent experience.

I highly recommend SODA. It's very affordable and user-friendly. It has all the editing feature that you need such as converting, editing, compressing, merging, and securing documents.

What I like most with Soda is you can use it online and offline. I always travel and some places that I go to don't have a stable internet connection. So it's very convenient and you can feel at ease knowing that your can still work anywhere and anytime. And it's more affordable compared to Adobe given that SODA offers almost the same use as Adobe.

The trial version is requiring us to register and give out some personal information.

Software I use daily and suits my needs. I would recommend this software to others. It suits my work perfectly.

Soda pdf has become an essential tool in the business - especially during lock down. PDF is used by so many of my clients so having the ability to edit the documents has saved time.

Sometimes conversion of pdf to word document misspells some words.
E-signature package is an extra cost.

Overall, I was impressed with the speed of response to my question about having a new laptop and loading the programme onto it.

There is nothing to write in this box, a waste of time having to write unnecessary drivel, just to have a letter count. Annoying!!!

Quick follow up and excellent service and resolution. Multiple customer service officers were able to quickly take on the subject and resolve the issue.

That the conversion from pdf to excel had to be done in word first and we had to manually do tables before being able to convert to excel.

Using Soda PDF 360 Pro makes my daily job of editing PDF files a pleasure. I have an extremely busy work schedule, so to use a product as good as this is a pleasure.

The editing facility is the best available, the aligning text blocks feature allows one to make extremely neat pdf documents. There are so many other great things about this software, I would recommend you purchase it today.

Very satisfied with customer support. Quick response and complete resolution to my issue. Very polite.

They were able to identify and resolve my issue with little or no effort. I did not have to spend a lot of time finding the resolution.

There wasn't anything that bothered me. If I had to say something, I could say that my "problem" would not have occurred if the website showed the format of how the date is listed. (MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY) I am in the US and thought my renewal date was in March instead of December.

I use it daily without problems . The scanning of documents is automatically made and easy to handle.

It's easy and quick and well connected with my printer and scanner. I can recommend it . I use it daily several times.

Everything ok. I don't see any problems and it's easy to use.

It took me awhile to get it running smoothly, but I had great support and they did a great job of working with me. I think some of my problem was really my lack of knowledge. I am able to use it pretty easily now.

The customer support was really amazing and got me just where I needed to be. I would definitely recommend this program.

The problems with the newest version although they are taking steps to work things out. Very gracious of them to provide their 2020 version until the bugs are worked out in the 2021 version.

The package I am using now the Soda PDF 12 for Desktop is a user friendly, easy to use and navigate pdf program. It is also cost efficient.

Concerns which are not addressed right away and support team who cannot help me with what seems to be minor concerns.

The customer service team is always available for support and you have receive prompt responses from the SODA Pdf team.

This product makes editing documents so much simpler. It is a must have for any business. It is user friendly and simple to navigate.

There is absolutely no fault with this product. i highly recommend Soda PDF.
