Excellent Support system for a good product! I have been using the online version until it ran out and now I have upgraded and purchased the desk top version.

I recently upgraded my account and I was having trouble activating and using the program. I used the chat feature and within a minute I was speaking to Molly who helped me resolve my problem. In these Covid times it is a blessing not to have to leave your cell number and wait hours for an answer or help.

Online and desk top do not sync like i would like them to. I was using online before.

Love this program. We have saved money switching over from some bigger names PDF brands. This is a fantastic software for the average user, and has all the features for the power user. Integrates nicely into other software, and helps reduce administrative tasks such as filing and saving. The app is handy as well! Highly recommend, give it a try.

Love all the available features that come with this program. For a fraction of the price as some other PDF software, this program has it all, including a handy app. This has been an invaluable tool for our staff on the road, especially those with a lot of receipts. We have integrated the software into our cloud filing so it works along with our other programs with out a hitch.

As often happens when testing the trial version, once the trial period expires, Soda PDF Anywhere only allows you to view PDF files, merge them and use basic conversion tools. The cost of reactivating features tested during the tour is a bit high.

Basic plan which covers most of my use is Ok but sadly does not allow editing.

Very easy to use and if you can think of an application you can do it on Soda PDF. I have used this from mortgage documents to kids school projects.

All in all I'm happy with the software. For individuals who are looking for an affordable PDF tool that carries out the duties required, I would recommend Soda PDF.

The UI is simple to grasp and use. When I had a question, the response time was really rapid. It is also a less expensive alternative than Adobe. It is also an excellent choice for those of us who run a home-based business.

It gets more expensive each year; features formerly included in the standard edition are now accessible in the PRO, which is more cost-effective.

Overall, this is a great product!! As I stated before, I haven't really utilized the product as I would like, but what I have used, I am very confident that I will be an avid user of Soda pdf. I won't speak down on other file converters, but the ease, quality, and efficiency of Soda pdf is top-notch! Keep up the great work. More people will convert, no pun intended. Great work guys.

I liked the ease of the download process. There was instant modification of other files! I thought that was a very professional, down-to-business approach. I am a just-do-it person, and I like my products the same way. I will be purchasing Soda pdf when able, and I will be sure to tell everyone I come in contact with, that is looking for instant-file-conversion gratification. I haven't really accessed all of the features, therefore, I can only comment on the present resources utilized during my experiences. I was having file conversion and uploading issues for many of the assignments in courses I am taking. I came across Soda pdf and Wow! I took a chance, and this was one of the best decisions I've made in a while regarding technology. I downloaded Soda pdf, they proved themselves to be true to form. My files were converted, I believe they're secure, but most of all, I was able to get my assignments turned in and get the grades I tried so hard to get before. So, no, I don't have any cons at the moment.

If you can't actually own the software, then might as well just do an online PDF service rather than paying high prices for this.

The documents are clear; many editing tools. I like to make notes, underline text, open a number of documents at the same time so that I can compare to make sure I'm not repeating myself. Used it years ago and really liked it.

When I submitted for help, the little chat box was covered by questions. I could hear it dinging that someone was there, but I could not find the person typing. That was the only real problem. Finally I found the chat & helper, they were gone, but when I entered a hello, they showed up again.

Furthermore, I received the instruction to uninstall the old Soda program and install the new Soda Desktop PRO 12.

Difficult to get to your service; once there, it is fairly easy to work with your technicians; but once accessed, it is courteous.

It was a smooth purchase except for adding in options to my payment that I did not want, but Rachel handled that promptly.

Rachel was prompt and courteous with her response and time with the issue I had. All in all the conversation took less than 5 minutes for her to handle. I wish all companies handles their customer service issues that quickly.
