I prefer desktop version to online subscription due to my infrequent use, but I can see the value to others for using the online version.

Ease of use. Nice looking interface. Fairly priced, good support. Easy to add pages, merge documents and edit existing PDFs.

Somewhat clumsy edit menus. Once figured out it is fairly easy to use. Online subscription a little pricey for infrequent users.

My overall experience is they have always been on top of every thing. The are very good and capable about what they do and they are extremely efficient. I recommend them to any one.

Every time I have a problem they have been most forthright with me. They truly aim to please and are ever willing to go the extra mile when it comes to your needs. I am ever impressed with them and have never had a bad experience. They deserve the top of the line rewards for their professional service and accomplishments.

I can honestly say nothing. They have never been undesirable in any way.

I have rarely contacted support at Soda for help. This time around Soda support, in particular Julia, were extremely helpful, solving my issues in a timely fashion and suggesting merging my separate Soda PDF versions on three different devices into a single source subscription.

Ease of use, compared to Acrobat and Revu, both of which I use at work.

Being bugged frequently by ads for software upgrade or new product.

Very happy with this product, company, and support. It's easy to use and when I do need support, they are always there to help.

The SODA PDF 8 software I have been using for the past few years has been great and does all that I would want in a PDF editing/creating software package. Support is excellent as well.

That the software after a certain time of no use goes automatically in the free version and it is necessary to reactivate the existing version.

It is one-stop software for you if you are, like me, not very good at handling PDF files,!

Just purchase it and enjoy the ease of what the SODA PDF giving you!

Generally, the after sale service is not a main point for customers, like me, for the software.

Considerate is the word I feel the services received from the service provider!

Other than that, the powerful performances of the Soda PDF, for me, need not to reiterate here again, as good product promote itself!

If it can be purchased with one-off price, it is better!

I'd like to still use V10.
Instability in V12 will lead me to migrate to other product.

It's handy in my work wrt convert document from/to PDF.

I'd rather SODA v10,
V12 is not so stable and I don't prefer.
When I installed V10 a pop up note often bothers me to upgrade, finally I had to upgrade as my account has not recognized my purchase of license renewal.

Overall very satisfied with SodaPDF and their customer support service which always giving me a helping hand with my experience.

Multiple features and a very simple UI design.

A good app, I recommend at any one who is interested. With the exception of the design of the soda pdf 12 really to be recommended!!!

The possibility's are great. It does what it has to do, no less, no more. A great app we are using now already over 5 years at least.

The new design of the app is bad : less clear, everything in the red color, so more difficult to read. I hope it will change during the upcoming period.

Slow on opening documents especially when opening a linked document,

I think this is a great product over others I have used, including foxit and adobe and just have to find time to figure how to make this most of the features.

I have been preparing documents for a tribunal and downloaded this because what I had been using was inadequate. The product had everything I needed including being able to add and remove pages. What I have used, I have been impressed with.

What I think would be good is a quick reference help for users like me who don't always have time to learn how everything works. I noticed that when I added page numbers the box stayed black and I couldn't figure out how to make them colourless.

When I chatted with Molly, she was very helpful in answering my questions, checking my account, telling me that I was paying for 2 licenses which it not shown in the account profile or in the renewal details.
She got it straightened out and even issued me a refund.

I like that you can password protect the documents.
It converts pretty quickly.
After figuring out the "merge" feature it made it easier.

Has a tendency to freeze and needs to be closed.
Constantly asking to be upgraded.
No link to update software at renewal.
Different names for the same product so you don't know what you end up with.

We use SODA for a whole range of business activities and find it very easy to use. There's no need to read any instructions to get started, it's that simple.

The system is intuitive, very easy to use.
Multiple options, offering great flexibility in what you can do.
Excellent customer service.

Although it has not happened for a while, on the odd occasion, the premium service switches itself to free, for no reason. It's easy to switch it back though!

Overall, it supports many languages as well as using it very easily.
Every feature is up to date and the fining of the file which is edited or made on it is awesome.

You can easily make a pdf file or edit it with all the necessary tools. It gives you the power to convert a file in pdf format or from pdf to any other format.
You can use it online or download it on your PC.

Basic features are free but it charges for important features such as conversion and does not give a trial version for the same.

Overall I am happy with the software and my purchase. I would recommend Soda PDF for people who are seeking a reasonably priced PDF tool that performs the needed functions.

The program performs the functions that I need, price is cost effective, and support is easily accessed, professional and works.

Not being a skilled IT person, the processes could be easier to understand.

The tech person was just great solved all my issues and was very courteous. The tech was interested in helping me and I appreciated it.

The program that says it all. All I want is for the app to just work and this just works and it works well.

The website was difficult for me ....but I am 79 years old. My first computer was a Radio Shack Trash 80 and lived with DOS and Windows. We thought 9600 baud was fast (that's a joke) and Pentium chips were the end all (that is a joke also). But what do I know, it probably works well for those under 12.
But for us vintage people who miss the coffee cup holder (the CD disk drive) ......well what can I say!!!!!

Fabulous, quick service. Can often be so difficult to deal with products purchased online so it was refreshing and very much appreciated to have this dealt with quickly, efficiently and beyond expectations.

My query was acknowledged immediately and dealt with quickly, efficiently and had a much better outcome that I expected. These guys are stars!

There was nothing to not like or call a negative. The handling of my issue/query exceeded my expectations.
