I have tried a number of PDF programs, but this is the best one I have used that I really liked, and that was easy to do what I wanted it t do.

It is easy to understand. I like how I can easily setup the pages I'm working on, and then easily save them for using later in my projects. The many adjustments I can make is also great.

It's probably not perfect, but I haven't found anything to complain about.

Overall is very good. If some of the options become more user-friendly especially conversion & copy paste options.

Very useful for day-to-day operations. A good one if you want to edit the pdf file into the same pdf file.

limitations regarding certain things like most of the documents which converted to word don't go exactly. you have to do page & paragraph formatting from A to Z.

Very pleasant! All tasks together in the same software, although it's not always easy to find them.

Very strong features! I appreciate especially the chance to modify the pdf, without any effort: really GREAT! Other features are more common with other software packages, but here You have all them together. It's not always easy to find what You want to do, but with the experience all gets more and more easy.

Not much to say. My antivirus had some difficulties with false positives and I had to reinstall the software twice. But at the end, with the help of the support, it worked again.

As a long time user of Soda suites my experience has been positive.
It is easy to use and traverse. The pricing is good and meets my budget.

I find it hard to select and use e-sign packages.
I don't understand how to activate and use them.

Cost when compared with some of the competition when as a single private user what are average costs for small business are not seen in the same way by private single users.

Since the issue of Soda PDF 12 my experience is negative one. Just today I have spent more that one hour for the trouble shooting. I paid money and cannot use the normal scanning the second month.

Features for the files editing. Manage the scanning (when it was in one version). Now I need to use the version 11 additionally.

The second month my Soda PDF 12 has not seeing the scanner.
I had also problems with the signing up the purchased Soda PDF PRO 360.

You get what you pay for. Rather buy from Adobe
and pay way more.

Quick refund. They do respond and track customer messages. Didn’t give me any trouble with refund.

Basic edit functions too difficult.
Even editing 2 lines was stressful.
Imagine trying to edit a 10 page PDF.

Overall, It's an amazing tool available in the market as we can merge pdf, convert pdf to various other format like word, excel, jpg and even ppt and the best among is we can esign the document in the tool which encrypt our documents.

Do yourself a favour and buy it! Stop the stress of trying to convert Word docs etc Soda is a breeze and works always.

This software rocks...I can create docs, edit, comment, OCR its the bees knees and all so simple. Much easier than some other well known products which are way more expensive!

None...zero....it works so well I cannot in all honesty criticize it! It's the bomb!

Once I understood how to use it I found the program amazing and very easy to use. Just love it. I is really amazing how quickly my documents are conversed.

That I can use the conversion on my iMac although Word generally is not supposed to be able to be used on iMac.

As a translator this makes my life easier, a lot of clients would want the translated documents in word.

The program seems to be a bit difficult to use, that is there are some hick-ups such as logging out. I have to first close down the program and then log back in before I can finally log out. This is difficult to understand.

Very pleased with the product so far. Been using it for nearly 12 months now. Soda PDF premium is great and looking forward to upgrade with even better functionality.

Great editing tool and form changing functionality. There is nothing the product cant do with regard to administration work on forms etc.

Can be a little difficult to navigate the tools and add on's. But there are good tutorials if you have the time and patience to go through them.

Conversion of certain large files takes a bit long to process in some cases.

Becoming better. Still a bit of work to do to sort out your site identification in Internet. Range of options, capabilities and on line support very good.

Becoming easier to use. Good choices for what you can do with your documentation conversion or storage.

Locating and accessing your website is not user friendly. Once accessed it is still unclear whether it's Soda or not you are in.

For the workplace, I find this product useful.
For personal use, I prefer Adobe because it's what I like as a web designer, it offers Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver as well.

I liked this product for use at work in my classroom. The students used it for projects and it helped with displays of various activities in the school.

What sucked was paying for each feature separately and sometimes what we needed the most was unavailable and our IT administrators have to pre-order at the end of each school year what teachers want or need for their classes.

It does what I need and more. I did have to buy a paid plan to be able to get my needs met. I had an issue and had to contact (by chat) a representative, and it was thorough and friendly.

The tool, while a bit complicated (only b/c it has so many features), works like a charm. The customer service is outstanding and I am very pleased.

The totally free version is very limited and mostly a tool to market the paid plans.

I definitely recommend Soda PDF. It's one of those things where you don't realize how much you needed it till you have it. And no more of that Acrobat Reader nonsense.

I've always secretly despised the Acrobat pdf reader, even the pro version. The whole thing feels like a big commercial. Soda PDF concentrates instead on doing the actual work of editing, creating, etc. Love the optical character recognition -- something else I've been missing.

I've had a good experience, so no big complaints. The app is more efficient than the web browser, but that's almost always the case anyway.

Overall, Soda PDF is an affordable tool that do all the PDF related editing work including e-signature.

The support team is helpful and it gives me confidence in using the program. Quite satisfied with the support.

I had problems turning off comments which appear automatically when I open my pdf document. I suppose they were generated because the pdf file was created from AutoCAD drawing.
The SODA PDF helpdesk was extremely helpful and prompt to advise me what I had to do to remove the comments.
I was impressed by their efficacy of their response and of course, very grateful.

The need to have internet when using the professional version.

Very pleased. Customer support responsive and helpful. I had a very good response and all of my questions were answered.

I recently noticed a charge in my bank debit card account that I thought was wrong. The chat customer service agent was quick to help me resolve this error. I was informed I would be reimbursed. I did not want the pdf product going forward. Thank you.

I just don’t need this product currently. I am not going to need this product.
