Unbelievably unintuitive and antiquated system
Date: Apr 18 2023SummaryI can't imagine why any company is still using a platform like this. It reminds me of the 1990s. As a day-to-day user (and someone who has worked on improving system UX and user processes before) this system continues to be unnecessarily difficult to learn and use properly and it wastes my work time.
Please note I am a user at a firm and am unaware of pricing but there is no N/A option.PositiveNothing. I really cannot think of anything positive to say about this platform compared to any other modern platform I've used.
NegativeSingle processes are unnecessarily spread among multiple areas, and single requests from my firm to the client require 4-5 unintuitive, separate line-item steps across those multiple areas that have to be opened and then completed individually. Visual format is also bad making the line-items even harder to identify.
