PositiveI worked for a healthcare startup not too long ago that used Health Cloud. It's incredible. We had members of our diabetes platform all over the country and it was perfect for our service / technology solution. The patient cards made it very easy for our customer success teams to track data.
NegativeSometimes it proved difficult for our engineering teams to get help on bugs / fixes. Other than that, all good.
