    Portal is Impressive, The Actual Service is Unreliable At Best.

    Summary

    The warranty service is a deal breaker. It doesn't matter how many bells and whistles the dashboard has. If you are not delivering the promised service, it's of no use.

    The Web portal. All of my client's devices are detailed with manufacturer, model warranty status, purchase dates, serial numbers.

    Negative

    Literally every Next Business Day claim I made took over a week to be resolved. This is why i stopped doing business with ScalePad.

    Thrilled with the service. Application is smooth, efficient and organized. I was able to transfer warranties with ease, and dispose damaged devices flawlessly.

    At first their site sent me air delivery labels for shipping. This was a problem at first but they resolved this expediently smooth with no delay and never made the mistake again.
