    Summary

    Very good, over 20 years of regular use. Every year or so I look for a modern replacement, and don't find one that comes close.

    I'm not an HTML / CSS/ ... person, but I have built and maintained my personal sailing / nerd web pages (40 different pages, and counting) for many years, using only SeaMonkey Composer. WYSIWYG make it super easy to use. And free. I don't use the other SeaMonkey tools, just the editor.
    It is the successor from Netscape, so lots of history.

    Negative

    I'm sure there are better and more modern tools for making simple web pages, but none as easy and cheap as SeaMonkey. I can't make fancy, active web pages with it. I use external blogs for that, and just include links. Same with Youtube videos.
