Overall, I am happy with Shape CRM. I have had to watch a lot of webinars, training, and loom calls by emailed snapshots to update and follow along with the setup of my CRM. I am pretty savvy with IT and technicals, but that's not my strength. I am in sales and would love to spend more time in sales and less on the technical side. The hardest part was setting up the DNS settings in Squarespace from the snapshots sent to me to have my domain used with Shape. I had to go to ChatGPT to complete it.

I loved the attention to detail and the patience Chloe spent with me to create the website with Shape, and then the changes I requested to get it right was fantastic! I know I asked for a lot, but Chloe hung in there until it was complete, and I was satisfied. I am very happy with the results. Thank you, Chloe and Shape Team, for the web frontend set up!

My only Con is the ability to pick from a menu of templates on my end. My only chance to review template options was on our initial Zoom call, and I had to decide based on a few options while LIVE on the call. I saw one template I loved and was with another company. I wanted to go back to that one template but never had the opportunity to review it or any other options. I would allow paying customers, to choose what we want and advise you which option we look for from multiple templates.

Shape Software has been a game-changer for our mortgage operations. Its robust features, like lead management and automated workflows, have streamlined our processes and significantly improved efficiency. The platform is user-friendly, and the customization options are a huge plus for tailoring it to our specific needs.

The standout feature, however, is the excellent customer support. Tristan, in particular, has gone above and beyond to ensure we’re getting the most out of the platform. His responsiveness and expertise have been invaluable, making the overall experience with Shape even better.

That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. The system occasionally lags during peak usage, which can slow things down. Additionally, while the customization options are great, the costs of adding on new features can add up quickly, so it’s something to keep in mind if you need a highly tailored setup.

Overall, Shape Software is a powerful CRM that’s backed by an outstanding support team. With a few refinements, it would truly be unbeatable!

Additionally, while the platform offers plenty of customization options, the costs of added features and upgrades can add up quickly. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a highly customized solution.

That said, the support team, especially Tristan, does an amazing job of making the overall experience smoother despite these drawbacks!

The program has A LOT of options, integrations, and bells and whistles. It can be hard to navigate alone. So I'm super appreciative for my guy Corey.

At this point we have wasted a week of business we could have been doing trying to get this software to work correctly. I wish we had just gone with BNtouch to begin with and saved the headache!

I truly believe the functionality of the software would be great if it worked as advertised. Very easy to understand and implement dashboard!

The software is supposed to link to LendingPad and it has been almost a week and data is still not transferring from LendingPad. What is worse is that we have to keep telling Shape customer support and they should know that it is not working. Also, during the demo they showed us the great POS portion of the software functionality, but failed to mention that it is a $59 per user addon!

I've used MANY industry CRMs in the past and this one is by far the best. I thought I was a little too advanced for them but every question I asked and tried to stump them with their support team knew.

The system is great but their support and training is what was the cherry on top for me. Not only did I get to personalize and configure the system on my onboarding call but I've sent many questions to their team and I always get a response the same day. I've used many CRMs in the past and that's always been an achilles heal but not here.

Didn't dislike anything I'm very happy with Shape. I'm in the process of integrating with a couple other of my systems and hoping I can get that setup too.

Shape is an all in one CRM/POS and marketing tool that is a must for any originator. It has never been easier to manage my pipeline and referrals, and my numbers have never been higher. I highly recommend Shape to any originator, as it has literally revolutionized my career.

I was impressed with how easy it is o maintain your pipeline with all of the integrations and automations. I love how everything from lead funnels to file sharing easily accessible. One of my favorite features is the “if/then” functionality you can choose for marketing campaigns.

I have yet to find any cons or issues with this system.

Overall, Shape is a fantastic CRM that, in my opinion, is better suited to expanding businesses. Provides extreme value to users with lead prioritization and Shape IQ.

Amazing marketing automation, drip campaigns and database management software! I spent so much time using other platforms that do half of what Shape CRM does. Im very pleased with there support and staff!

Overall, I highly recommend Shape Software if you are searching for an automated and reliable lead-capturing and sales enabler with sales pipeline functionality then this platform is best.

There are many things I liked about this platform but the best I experienced is its automation for sales and lead capture. It helps to reduce workload and gain better sales results. Easy to call and interact with leads. Its kanban board visualization gives a detailed overview.

No wide customization is available for the sales pipeline.

Overall, I love the software. Enough to even sign up for my company right away. The campaigns help you to stay in touch with clients past and present and this is key to keeping clients for the long term.

This software makes the process look so easy. It’s a great way to stay organized from the application to funding of a loan. I love the easy means of communication to the borrower for items needed and if an item is declined or approved. The way that all the screens are laid out is very easy for all parties to follow along. The software seems to cover everything!

Overall the system is easy to use and definitely value add for any mortgage business. The system takes manual labor out of your day and automates many tasks that allow for time spent on higher value-add items for the business.

I love the automated follow up system and the details so we don't lose out on any possible opportunities. This system guides you to stay in front of potential clients, to which we all know proper communication is KEY to acquiring new clients. Highly recommend Shape for any Mortgage Business that doesn't use this CRM. I have used other CRM/POS software, Shape is second to none. (you will see!!!)

The only thing in my brief review and I wouldn't say this is a con because the reward on the backend is significant because the Shape is so extensive configuring to your exact needs requires some input on the business owner.

Shape is an amazing clear cut, efficient, streamlined software that allows you to customize the portal to your personal needs. It is a software that is easy to navigate with great organizational settings, tracking, reporting and syncing components.

Shape syncs, advertises, customizes, and provides the best reporting CRM system I’ve used. You can call, text, email, and send out mass marketing all in one on the platform. It is amazing to see the dashboard reports that shows leads, prospects, and live numbers. Shape is prepared from intake to closing and the platform is clear cut and customizable to my needs!

When declining a document Shape allows you to provide a customized comment to explain the denial. I would love to explore a prepopulated drop-list of reasons for denial.

The support team at Shape has been great. They are constantly making updates to the system keeping it fresh and adding new features regularly. Even our original salesman Daniel calls us to check in once a month. We have been customers for a few years now and the product has really made a big impact on our business.

We have been able to truly automate our business saving us a ton of time and money in the process. Before we found Shape we had to use a system our CRM, DocuSign, and a point of sale. Getting all of these systems to API and work together was very difficult to say the least. Now we have everything in one package with Shape making our business run much more efficiently and training our new hires a lot easier.

We had the best account manager there Dani but she was promoted so we no longer get to work with her.

Simple to use and easy to reach customer service team. Highly recommend for a small/medium businesses who are looking for a straight forward software with great customer service.

Shape is where simplicity meets efficiency. Their easy to use interface coupled with data-driven dashboards makes them a critical software for any business. The integrated dialer feature is a seamless and really boosted productivity.

Love the look and feel vs. what we used to use. It also makes my life a lot easier being able to share call recordings and notes right in the system instead of having written reports go back and forth on emails.

Zero cons as of yet. Haven't used all the features yet though.
