    Summary

    A so-so solution for a business where the admin is a good problem solver on their own. Do not expect much help with ongoing issues. They regularly disrupt business with mid-week server changes, outages and "upgrades."

    Positive

    Good pricing. Basic online serve-yourself email administration. Live person answers on tech support lines when you call in.

    Negative

    Tech Support is VERY hit or miss on their ability to (1) speak english and understand your issue (2) be able to resolve the issue. (9/10 times they will open a support ticket -and that's it.) Their documentation is VERY POOR and outdated. hey regularly disrupt business with mid-week server changes, outages and "upgrades." Really makes it difficult to cancel their services.
