    Summary

    Overall it sucks. Please don't even. I would rather walk on hot coals, or walk barefoot over glass.

    Nothing, legit not a thing. I am regretting even purchasing something that needs this for tracking shipment. And guess what i never even received the item.

    Negative

    They make it impossible to do anything. Everything needs to be done from your phone. You try and login from the computer and none of the purchases are in the history you cant track anything. You try and download the app to the computer and you gotta verify your account but when you open the email to verify the account it opens up as a webpage not in the app. so LEGIT you can only use if you're using on a cellphone. The app is wack its not easy to use u would think tracking an item would be a click of a button not a 10 step process. Legit would not recommend. Will never use again. I will never buy anything that even says you need to use this app to track

    Summary

    A total complete waste of your time. They didn't function at all. Could not get any loan, only a "technical problems" error code, for two weeks. Called them, they put me in touch with Affirm, Affirm put me in touch again with Shop Pay, customer disservice agents couldn't do listening comprehension, totally perfectly exquisitely unhelpful.

    The call finally ended and I vowed never to use this "service", deleted the account and app. The pro was that after the torture sessions dragged on past my breaking point, the experience ended.

    Negative

    The Level of Customer Service is Phenomenally Low, and that's understanding just how low the bar is in general. The "agents" could understand virtually nothing I said. I actually stayed on the line longer simply out of a sort of fascination with how abysmal it was. It seemed almost like a comedy show using hyperbole to make fun of just how bad customer service is!

    And she kept saying "mhm" even when I asked a question. She talked without stopping even though she spoke incorrectly at nearly every single turn. An IQ of 5, listening comprehension skills of a cat.

    Fact is I really don't think it was language issue. I think she, and the one before and the one before that, simply unintelligent, or perhaps they were intelligent but simply didn't listen or give a hoot.

    It's two weeks. I've completely bailed out and given up because they absolutely suck and cannot function. Imagine an airline on this level: the plane falls apart on the runway. Waste of time.
