With 84 teams competing across 6 distinct leagues, the rivalry is fierce as they strive for points in a direct competition format. Participants will face a total of 13 challenges, each designed to take approximately an hour to complete, and every challenge will remain accessible for 2 weeks, with only the first submission counting towards the score. Individual coders can accumulate points for their University by successfully completing these tasks, and the team that garners the highest points based on the top 10 individual scores claims the win, earning 3 crucial points. The ultimate contest occurs in the Unicode 20/21 Grand Finale, where the elite 10 coders from the top 5 teams in each league engage in a fierce battle for the championship title.
