    The Recruiter's North Star

    Date: Dec 18 2024
    Summary

An indispensable assistant for the modern recruiter, especially if you work with IT specialists. Despite some errors in determining the level and relevance of profiles, it significantly speeds up the search process and helps you not to miss suitable candidates. As a result - significant time savings and better selection. The tool is definitely worth its money and pays for itself in the first weeks of use.

    Positive

Honestly, before that I spent a lot of time searching for the right candidates. I spent hours combing through profiles, losing potentially great developers in a sea of information. Now I feel like I have a reliable navigator - I can see at a glance where to go. Finding the right people has become much faster, and most importantly, I've stopped going around in circles on the same profiles. It really saves a lot of time and nerves.

    Negative

In the beginning we had to fiddle with customizing it for our vacancies. It does not always accurately determine the level of a specialist, especially if the profile is filled out in a non-standard way. Sometimes it gives candidates who are no longer looking for a job. Plus for small cities the sample may be too narrow. But these trifles pale into insignificance against the background of the overall usefulness of the tool.
