    Simplain vendor portal is a feature-rich system that combines power and simplicity. Being a cloud based system makes implementation and ongoing operations much easier and requires minimal supervision. As an implementation consultant, it was easy to understand what business problems the system solves and how to jells with the rest of the environment (i.e. the ERP systems). Simplain support team is swift in jumping on issues, one of the most effective support teams I’ve come across.

    Nothing major I can think of. Possibly building more open APIs to allow more integrations with various other systems. I believe this is on the roadmap of Simplain.
