NegativeMight be overwhelming for administrators. Simply CRM and flexibility works both ways. It could take some imagination to structure it to your company processes, but once you understand how it works this tool can do a lot for your business.

PositiveSimply has a really simple filtering system, with various group members being able to create their own custom filters, then share them (or private). This is excellently useful, and easily converted into data that's shareable to Sheets or Excel with least efforts. If you are a marketing or a sales pro who is using a lot of tools and programs, it can often be difficult to get automation processes that can be resolved beautifully via Simply tool. Gantt chart and other visual insights are very helpful in getting timely reports on various sales parameters. Practically, it has all the features which giant providers or big names have.
NegativeNot too much to complain but yes, overall we are good to go with Simply.

Superb Business Task And Marketing Manager

Our experience with Simply is just beyond the obvious! One of the changes we have seen is we are able to structure our client data and this is because of the simplicity of managing the records such as adding a new client, managing it for future use such as marketing forms, emails, events, automation etc, So in all, we are happy with the tool.
PositiveSimply is a way to manage your business processes pretty easily. Our goal was to make things simple throughout the business communication and it has delivered more than that. We have used Simply in our client connection, creating email marketing and web forms to integrate them within the third party software systems. We've incorporated Mailchimp, Google APIs, Chatbot features to automate the marketing strategies. In all, we found this Simply CRM very helpful. We recommend it to all who need an honest client resource manager.
NegativeWell, the idea was to simplify the business and we succeeded in that. So far, it's worked well in our real estate enterprise and now we are planning to scale this in our next project. For us, Simply has upgraded our operations so we have nothing to downgrade them.

PositiveSimply CRM is highly customizable, powerful invoice and report builder tool with multiple modules including adding events to customers calendar, contract, product, project, contact, web forms, campaign and vendor management. If you have a zero technical understanding, you can simply create features using drag and drop functionality. It’s been 4 months now and we have customized all our business processes in Simply. We had an issue at the time of free trial period which was handled by their representative too quickly and extended their support to a non paying customer :) We’ve already decided to proceed and execute all our customer centric tasks using Simply CRM.
NegativeThe CRM does not offer a quote based pricing model but it works great for per user per month basis. It's not a big issue as many businesses operate under fixed users and that's not a point.

I appreciate the Simply team members for their hard work and efforts to make it the easiest, simple, affordable and complete altogether. I really love their user interface, nice end-user experience. The marketing automation and lead management are providing additional pace to it.

We are very happy with their dashboard as we can find each and every feature onboard which is important for any customer database. You can do a lot with this as it comes for a free trial and you can assess it further.
NegativeThey have a superb dashboard with all options a successful CRM must-have. But yes, I feel they should offer some interactive layout meaning when you hover the mouse to any specific feature/option such as user management, or project section, it should pop out the text, etc so that it can look more classy and readable, not necessary though.

Best tool for small teams using Google Package
Date: Dec 09 2019SummaryWe use Simply for many things, but mainly to keep all the sales team on the same page. Being able to share emails with others through the CRM is a deal breaker for us, and Simply stands ahead in that. Also can’t forget to mention their customer support which is excellent.
PositiveThe integration of Simply with email account and calendar was amazing, and it's very flexible in terms of adapting to our workflow. It's very interactive to use, and overall was easy to get a team new to using a CRM, to start using Simply fluently.
NegativeIt allows limitless expansion and integration for all your third party API needs. Hopefully more native integrations will be made available soon.

PositiveUser and their contact management has never been that easier and Simply solved this problem via their dynamic tool. You can create contact forms very easily and assign them to your calendar in the simplest fashion. A great information manager and processor all together.
NegativeThe only thing that we would love to see in Simply Dashboard is the colorful icons to manage the rapid fire one click tasks and that's it. It is a decorative stuff from our part that we would love to have else there is no functional or features requirements from our side. For us, it's the master key to access the customer database. Simply manages any task within a single click and that's the beauty of their dashboard. We would like to see some basic video tutorials corresponding to each job so that instead of reading the entire text support and steps, a video can explain things in that way.
