PositiveThe client connection became flexible and we don't have to keep their meeting records manually o.e. in a sheet or anything that increases the workload. It's all smooth and synchronized for every process whether it's sales, account, development or any which comes under business range.
NegativeSimply CRM's look and feel is just amazing and attractive. You don't get bored or fed-up with design etc. It's a new feel every time one logs in. Earlier it was a bit messy but they have made superb changes and provided a cool layout.

PositiveThe best case scenario is it matches and addresses all our business needs and further customization via linking and configuring the third party APIs. The ease of managing records and processing them by applying further actions such as vendor or appointment/contact management, makes it more responsive and faster compared to other CRMs. Our original goal was to simplify the record keeping and marketing with the same. As of now, we are utilizing its full pace to convert and generate the customers engagement.
NegativeThe worst case has not been yet discovered and we are not interested in researching that either :) Our goal has been achieved and we believe that our team is doing amazing work in sales and marketing segment. NegativeSimply is undoubtly the best CRM out of the available costly ones but we are not sure if it's offering the option for its users to track back records, documents, and presentations etc.

The calendar, vendor access, invoicing, appointment, opportunity, project, contract, billing etc are the sections they have made available on the quick panel top on dashboard. You will not have to browse or traverse here and there again and again for the quick job done. In all, Simply is a CRM that not only performs your tasks, but it handles it in an efficient manner.
NegativeWhen we tried searching for email templates, they have made available the same under the tools column and there are more than 20 different templates available. We have got trouble setting up an invoice template but soon their support representative helped us via a quick call. We integrated many templates later on and done this job our own without any help. Thank you team Simply.

All purpose Versatile CRM

PositiveWe performed a trial for 1 month first to see how it goes as compared to other providers. We have created a sheet based on various business parameters such as speed, pricing, features, third party integrations and configuration time. After performing this, we assessed to see which worked best. Our observation revealed that Simply cleared our screening and we opted for that. Our sales & marketing team is doing a great job with Simply CRM.
NegativeWe've tested Simply for all those features we needed. We have got them as needed. A few things need to be tested unlike support services, configuration and their knowledge base etc.

Still assessing Simply CRM, so far so good

We were searching and collaborating our data on this platform as a free one month trial and it’s almost trial period over now. Based on our experience, we have assessed and simplified our business proceedings. So far, we are feeling good about this tool and we would like to go for a premium subscription for 2 users on a monthly basis.
PositiveAll the features that have been used so far are extremely time saving. When I gave it a try to use Simply a month back, I was just doing all the emailing and adding activities manually. But after a successful test, I am automating this process with just a few clicks. I used to go to the activities page and perform everything from there without going to each individual section. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.
NegativeAs mentioned above, I have been in the trial segment so I could not find the time to look into the negatives of it or any complaining things for Simply.
