    Overall we like the system and program but it would be nicer if it was more user friendly. We would also like the ability to personalize things a little more. Send reminders for appointments or comments that would go directly to the person making the appointment. BUT it is so nice and easy for the adopters to use.

    We love that we can use this to make appointments without having to go back and forth with adopters on what works for them versus our schedule.

    The inability to alter the schedule we have with ease. It would be better if we could change the photos used on the booking site that is set up for us.
