I've never used a service like this before but someone recommended SlickText and I didn't have to look anywhere else. From my first interaction with their chat box I was able to get the information I needed and set everything up. I only needed to use this for a short-term project and was able to cancel VERY easily at the end of the project.

Honestly, nothing!
It only took me a few minutes to go through the entire site and I never had questions--that's pretty unheard of when you onboard a new system.

SlickText is a one stop shop for all of my texting wants and needs for my business. I use it weekly, sometime bi-weekly and my return rate is amazing! Customer service is outstanding. They always reply to emails and their online chat support is always available and well versed in everything.

I have a dedicated team member for my account, however, the website chat is there for me when I need them! The website is very user friendly and easy to use. I love how easy it is to add numbers. I can have several text words and run contests. Rollover texts are a huge selling point and I use them often!

I can honestly think of no cons at this time. It is a little pricy, but totally worth it.

I love the chat feature that SlickText provides. I'm not a fan of talking on the phone so the easy access to chat with support is such an awesome feature and I really like it.

Today, Kate was my SlickText bestie by helping me with a request that I had. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciated her support. My experience with SlickText has been fantastic.

The biggest con is the price. It's tough to be able to afford the services and a dedicated short number.

Aside from how simple the platform is to use. The support and friendliness are extraordinary. We're on a first-name basis, lol.

There's many features I don't use yet that are available, but what I use SlickText for right now is text contests. They're easy to set up with lots of options! Price is great compared to some other services.

There are recommendations on creating optimal texts and responses.

All issues I have run into (that were mostly user error) were resolved.

I've used many different sms platforms, but none of them can match the quality and support offered by SlickText. If you get Kate to help you out with support, count yourself lucky! She is the best.

Friendly competent staff solves any issues I've ever had quickly and efficiently. No hidden charges and excellent deliverability.

Not much. good stuff. Some included short codes with each keyword would be awesome

It is a great way to communicate new product information & specials.
It saves paper and time while making sure our message is delivered to the decision maker. We went from communicating once a month to weekly and now our customers ask for our weekly specials sheet.

Takes a bit of learning but the support offered is fantastic.

Customer service is pretty amazing with SlickText. I signed up for the trial, and reached out to customer service several times as I tried to get everything set up and understand it. Customer Service, especially Gabs, would respond immediately, and was very thorough in helping me understand the process and what I needed to do. If they take care of a customer on a free trial as well as they did for me, I can't imagine how great the customer service is for paying customers.

The only complaint I have is that it seems like it can get pretty expensive to send texts to customer base. 1 text to 500 customers once a month is all you can do with The Basic plan. To be fair there are several other plans to choose from and the pricing doesn't seem unreasonable for what you get.

So far SlickText has been a great choice! There were many bulk texting services to choose from, but SlickText offers many marketing tools and their platform is quite adaptable to meet the needs of each company. They also seem to come out with updates and new tools very frequently!

Gabriella was very helpful! I'm new to SlickText, so I had some questions about how to make the platform work for what our company needs. Gabriella took the time to research my questions and got back to me with a workable solution! I'm very impressed. I was also impressed by Branden, who has helped with onboarding our company. I like all the how-to videos, they have helped me every step of the way with setting up our account.

I'm concerned about how the auto-replies will impact our overall cost. That is the only thing so far.
