Very easy to use with lots of helpful features integrated. It it very user-friendly and makes my job as a paralegal much simpler.

Overall, its a strong program that can do nearly anything you need or imagine. Any company would be improved by using this software if they know how they want to use it.

The Calendar and notifications and system integration with Microsoft are critical for our usage.

The login process could be better. The processes are too complicated, for some simple tasks.

It took a little bit to get used to but once I got the hang of it, its been a breeze! If I can learn it, anyone can!

Like the title of my review, I could not do without it. It is amazing to have all the case data at your fingertips.

I am the team member at our firm who manages the medical providers and medical records for each case. Without this software, I could never keep up with the volume of cases we have. SA makes my job so much easier with reminders, task tracking, and multiple ways to incorporate data into chronologies, spreadsheets, and many applications.

User friendly but there is a learning curve for beginning.

Great crm, but even better service. Sean and Rebecca simply crush it.
Every time I call they are always there to help and make sure we know what we are doing and guide us along the way.

I can not stop raving about the system these guys created, which is, by far, the best CRM for personal injury attorneys.

Sometimes the complexity of multiple tabs can be challenging in teaching to new employees.

As we are working more with SmartAdvocate, the many great features it has will help us to improve our efficiency, time it takes to do documents, pull reports, etc.

We have been using SmartAdvocate for approximately 4 months and are learning new features daily. The Dashboards are great for keeping up with the cases. I also like the fact that you can open 1 case multiple times and use the filter to look at just the documents you need to work with.

SmartAdvocate is a web based program and sometimes it can slow you down, which could mean there needs to be an internet upgrade.

My overall experience with SmartAdvocate improves everyday. The program has simple features that makes advancement possible. It has increased the confidence of my own success within the legal field.

The advanced features and webinars. The advanced features help with job assignments and organization. After receiving a new assignment the features make it manageable to review and prepare for the assignment. The features also help with my own organization by keeping everything in one database.
The zoom interaction with the SmartAdvocate staff has helped with the advanced features. There have been several options to receive instruction, including direct questions and live webinars. The staff provided incredible insight into the available features.

The complexity of some features. The basic features meet all expectations. There are some features that difficult to implement. The difficult features do increase productivity. The staff is also available to assist in understanding the difficult features.

Overall it is a great software and I love all of the features it has to offer for myself as well as clients.

I love the new internal messaging! I love the texting feature to communicate with clients so they can reach us and send photos etc.

There is not much I don't like about it, it is a great software

So far, especially as I learn more each day, I am easily moving through the cases and becoming much more efficient at my job.

I am able to toggle between cases leaving case tabs open & the case management program allows for all case information to be at your fingertips.

If the internet is down or slow, the program can freeze or move slow.

It has been great so far. I am able to create tasks pertaining to cases and draft up templates for word documents I need. All the features are really cool!

What I like the most about SA is that I can properly organize all my files and paperwork with ease!

Sometimes there are a few more steps to complete a process that I feel is necessary but once you have used it a while, you learn ways to make things work faster.

There was not much I didn't like but the transition was a little complicated in the beginning.

The SmartAdvocate webinars have been informative and instructive. The information received in the webinars is supportive in dealing with clients.

The webinar was instructive. In addition to demonstrating different aspects of the SmartAdvocate case system, it also demonstrated how to associate the aspects directly with the clients. After watching the webinar, I could apply the instructions and demonstrations in my communication with our clients.

I enjoyed the entire webinar. The firm administrators encourage the employees to watch the webinar. It is a nice break to my work day (encouraged by the firm administrators). I look forward to the webinars as they are information and instructive.

Training team and support extremely helpful. I think I never imaged a group of people could be so attentive to their clients as they are.

User friendly, Organization of workflow , documents and time tracking is phenomenal. It is extremely difficult to have such organization in the legal field court procedures are changing often and the turnaround rate of staff is also high the software helps with an organized manner.

None thus far, I would say that it takes time to set up but that is something that happens with any software.

SmartAdvocate has made my day to day work load seamless. I am no longer stressing if I have forgotten something or waste any time looking for things when everything is all online, in SmartAdvocate, at my fingertips!

I enjoy that SmartAdvocate makes it easy to learn new tips each week. I find myself often using the "Tip of the Week archive" when I need new ways to make use of smart advocate.

What I do not enjoy about SmartAdvocate is the lack of choices to change the colors of ones profile on SA.

I enjoy using the product- It allows one to enter relevant information and move through the software easily.

It is not hard at all. The software program is user friendly and allows one to move at ease from one screen to another.

It takes sometimes to navigate but once you master it -the rest is easy peasy.

It is my first time using it. It was really easy to learn hot to use is. I love that I can print all reports and they continue being link to SA. I like the text messages and how everything is on sight. It is easy for larger teams to be all in the same page.

I have everything on sight, very easy to access and to retrieve information. Also, super easy to combine with Outlook.

It would be nice if you could set a font and font size for your account only one time.
