We have been using SmartAdvocate for approximately 4 months and are learning new features daily. The Dashboards are great for keeping up with the cases. I also like the fact that you can open 1 case multiple times and use the filter to look at just the documents you need to work with.

SmartAdvocate is a web based program and sometimes it can slow you down, which could mean there needs to be an internet upgrade.
