Overall it is a great software and I love all of the features it has to offer for myself as well as clients.

I love the new internal messaging! I love the texting feature to communicate with clients so they can reach us and send photos etc.

There is not much I don't like about it, it is a great software

So far, especially as I learn more each day, I am easily moving through the cases and becoming much more efficient at my job.

I am able to toggle between cases leaving case tabs open & the case management program allows for all case information to be at your fingertips.

If the internet is down or slow, the program can freeze or move slow.

It has been great so far. I am able to create tasks pertaining to cases and draft up templates for word documents I need. All the features are really cool!

What I like the most about SA is that I can properly organize all my files and paperwork with ease!

I liked everything about smart advocate. No let downs so far!

SmartAdvocate is an asset to our office! Our ease of finding information for our clients and attorneys has improved overall.

SmartAdvocate helps me keep my case information organized and easy to find. They are constantly working to make the product better with new updates and products.

Sometimes there are a few more steps to complete a process that I feel is necessary but once you have used it a while, you learn ways to make things work faster.

My overall experience has been great. I do enjoy using it on a daily basis. It makes me more efficient.

There was not much I didn't like but the transition was a little complicated in the beginning.

The SmartAdvocate webinars have been informative and instructive. The information received in the webinars is supportive in dealing with clients.

The webinar was instructive. In addition to demonstrating different aspects of the SmartAdvocate case system, it also demonstrated how to associate the aspects directly with the clients. After watching the webinar, I could apply the instructions and demonstrations in my communication with our clients.

I enjoyed the entire webinar. The firm administrators encourage the employees to watch the webinar. It is a nice break to my work day (encouraged by the firm administrators). I look forward to the webinars as they are information and instructive.

Training team and support extremely helpful. I think I never imaged a group of people could be so attentive to their clients as they are.

User friendly, Organization of workflow , documents and time tracking is phenomenal. It is extremely difficult to have such organization in the legal field court procedures are changing often and the turnaround rate of staff is also high the software helps with an organized manner.

None thus far, I would say that it takes time to set up but that is something that happens with any software.

SmartAdvocate has made my day to day work load seamless. I am no longer stressing if I have forgotten something or waste any time looking for things when everything is all online, in SmartAdvocate, at my fingertips!

Overall my experience with SmartAdvocate has been wonderful. It is easy to learn how to use. I enjoy that I can always watch and learn new ways to use SmartAdvocate with their online training team available anytime.

I enjoy that SmartAdvocate makes it easy to learn new tips each week. I find myself often using the "Tip of the Week archive" when I need new ways to make use of smart advocate.

What I do not enjoy about SmartAdvocate is the lack of choices to change the colors of ones profile on SA.

I enjoy using the product- It allows one to enter relevant information and move through the software easily.

It is not hard at all. The software program is user friendly and allows one to move at ease from one screen to another.

It takes sometimes to navigate but once you master it -the rest is easy peasy.

It is my first time using it. It was really easy to learn hot to use is. I love that I can print all reports and they continue being link to SA. I like the text messages and how everything is on sight. It is easy for larger teams to be all in the same page.

I have everything on sight, very easy to access and to retrieve information. Also, super easy to combine with Outlook.

It would be nice if you could set a font and font size for your account only one time.

I like SmartAdvocate. While I think some aspects could be better, this has been a very easy program to learn.

The task tracking is super helpful and I like that I can assign tasks to myself. It helps me not to forget what I need to do.
I like the Document Cloud a lot. It allows everyone in the firm to access the same documents without having to download them every time. It also makes organizing documents easier.

I wish SA allowed you to edit document templates on the website. I also cannot figure out how to download the Word Plug-In so I can't edit the templates at all.
The workflows are very hard to implement. They are tedious to design and often don't work as intended. Tweaking them after testing them takes time and often still doesn't get you the results you want.

Amazingly well integrated product. Can't wait to see where it is heading. Especially with the new technologies such as AI.

Smart advocate has an almost flawless integration with Microsoft products. Which makes tasks such as drafting document with information already prefilled from the specific case you are working on to adding emails related to the case uploaded directly into the case notes.

With some generated documents such as envelopes do not populate with the proper addresses or will not auto generate the actual envelope.

I have used many legal software programs before, and Smart Advocate is the best out there. I would definitely recommend to law firms.

The texting feature is really nice, I love that it automatically saves the photos to the file. Being able to copy a word document to a PDF instantly is also really neat.

I wish there were options on design, fonts, & colors.

Wonderful can't wait to do it again, the monthly tip recaps are great ways to keep your whole office up to date with all things SA.

Very good customer service, if you ever need anything they are very quick to help. Claude is the MAN!

Changing certain dates can be a hassle, requiring you to change multiple other sections to change simple things.

I am extremely happy and mu life is easier by using SmartAdvocate. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I wish that SmartAdvocate would provide more choices for themes and colors.

Loving this program. I am still learning a lot about what SA can do to help our firm. I am having fun creating automations, workplans and other features.

Work Plans, automated procedures, reporting, dashboards, ease of use. I also like that SA rolls out an upgrade each year.

Calendar view and options; Would like more display themes (colors) and more font styles.

Overall, this is a very well executed platform with a customizable experience. The small gripes are hardly a deal breaker.

The platform is easy to use and navigate from Setup to Settlement. It’s designed in a straightforward manner with everything reasonably placed. Even someone unfamiliar with case management solutions could probably pick this up and jump into a workflow pretty quickly. Additionally, the ability to change what information is presented and where is a very useful feature.

The system has a few issues that are holding it back. The file preview tools seem to be very sensitive about when and where they want to work. While Word documents almost never have issues with previewing, PDFs sometimes can’t be previewed. For a while, HEIF documents weren’t supported well; I’m not sure if this has since been fixed. It would be great if medical bills could be copied to liens more efficiently instead of one item at a time. The calendar events are very useful, but when you delete a series, it doesn’t automatically remove it from your outlook calendar. Instead, it updates it to say “Deleted”. Perhaps it’s not possible, but it seems like it would be.

We use SmartAdvocate every day and our office runs smoother and more efficiently because of it. The ease of use and operations capabilities are unparalleled.
