Again, it is a great tool for case management. As the Director of Investigations for Parnall Law, Smart Advocate helps keep my cases on track. Once you get the knowledge of how it works, you can zip in and out of all the tools within it, and accomplish a ton of work.

It is a Great Case management tool that keeps my investigations and tasks on track. There are so many options to zero in what you want to record, and the reports that you can get out .

There is nothing i can think of that i do not like about this tool.

We have used for over 10 years and couldn't imagine running our practice without Smart Advocate. Every document is available whenever we need it.

Ease of getting documents into the case. Abilitiy to sort through and create documents. Easy abilitiy to email directly from the case.
Excellent customer service with video how to responses.
Ease of editing form documents in the SA word editor.

There are so many options for each tab and setting that sometimes that it can be tough to find the exact customization you are looking for.

We use SmartAdvocate in our medium-sized firm. We focus on personal injury, nursing home-abuse, medical malpractice, mass torts, and social security disability. SmartAdvocate is flexible to meet the needs of all of our practice areas. I appreciate the ability to customize SmartAdvocate to meet our needs and the developers at SmartAdvocate welcome suggestions and ideas to regularly improve user experience. When needed, tech support is responsive and solves any issues quickly.

Lots of features and tools, sometimes I would like to turn off or hide features we don't use.

My work portfolio has been excellent and smart with organized criminal data for easy file access. SmartAdvocate saves time and resources used to manage traditional cases with reliable document arrangement tools.

It is easy to integrate SmartAdvocate with my work email and navigate across the UI. The AI model enables me to summarize lengthy criminal files. It has automated date an time alerts that ensures I attend case hearing sessions without delays.

Very easy to use with lots of helpful features integrated. It it very user-friendly and makes my job as a paralegal much simpler.

Another drawback is that the mobile app is limited. It works for checking basic case details or contacts, but you cannot do the same level of work you would on the desktop version.

Overall, its a strong program that can do nearly anything you need or imagine. Any company would be improved by using this software if they know how they want to use it.

The login process could be better. The processes are too complicated, for some simple tasks.

I like best about SmartAdvocate is that it keeps all my case information in one place. i don't need to switch between different tools for documents, emails or deadlines. the reminders and calendar help me stay on track and the templates make creating documents much faster.

The main issue i face is that it take time to learn because there are so many features sometimes the system feels slow when opening files and not all documents formats preview properly. the interface could also be more simple as some tasks need too many steps.

The support leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, as it can be quite difficult to speak to someone if I have a simple question. Saying that, their online documentation is very clear and helpful.
