I like the fact that it is customizable and I can generate report from my survey. It is as if someone made a premium version of google forms that meet your requirements.

The best part of SoGoSurvey is the Ample Logic and Branching ability, It gives the ability to make survey that's able to collect the deep understanding and expectation of our customers. There's a provision to Auto populate the participant's data, its important feature as it decreases the the totals survey filing time without cutting any information. The report/Analytic section is good enough for day day to analysis. However there is provision to export the survey data which can be used to further analyze through third party software.

SoGoSurvey is my favorite survey tool with tons of feature for my survey/Feedback drives. The features includes -
1. Logic and Branching
2. Provision of Auto populate the participant's data.
3. Reports can be integrated with MS-Office, be it Excel or Powerpoint
