    It was an okay system that needs a lot of work. It will never measure up if it's not built better. Thanks

    Colleagues might be paged swiftly and securely with Spok. Instead than relying on others to know who to page on different days or times, I appreciated that you could allocate pages to different persons based on who was working that day.

    Negative

    The software did not have a vibration setting for notifications. My own phone was utilized. As a result, I had to have my phone's ringer on at work so that I could hear my pages, but regrettably, this also meant that while I was in patient rooms, I could hear the notifications from calls and messages.
