    I have used tools like Hootsuite, Buffer etc for work, but Sprout has come across to be the best among them. Their team plans 1 on 1 call every 3 months to ensure that a user isn't facing any problem.

    Sprout is very easy to use and has a lot of brilliant features like keyword and competitor monitoring. The tool is perfect for planning posts in advance, moreover Sprout Social has a viral post plugin that lets users plan the post on the best time of the day.

    Negative

    Sprout lets us set only 1 timezone; if an agency/company wants to use 2 accounts from 2 different countries then it creates a problem.

    Sprout Social has an advanced level for network management and administration

    We implemented the optimization of all our enterprise social networks so we can manage from one place, that saves us too much time and money when automating posts. With Twitter's excellent scheduling, we highly recommend Sprout Social, it's one of the best features this software has. It's great to have the ability to export calendars to already scheduled posts. Despite the bugs, Sprout Social has excellent integration with almost all major social networks.

    Positive

    We start by highlighting the excellent customer service that Sprout Social has, we had two small problems and in less than two hours they had already solved them, this team is exceptional. We have automatically configured the option to export PDF files to streamline our campaign flow. The simplicity of the main dashboard also stands out as it is very easy to use.

    Negative

    You can't rely 100% on the impressions calculations that Sprout Social shows us, as they don't resemble the ones that Twitter and Facebook handles. It does not have full Instagram adaptability, which slows down its use with that social network. They also don't have full adaptability with LinkedIn, causing us to sometimes have to make posts manually.

    Overall you won't find many options that are better than Sprout — and if your checkbook can afford it, I'd say go for it. If nothing else, see if they still have a free trial and start there!

    The UI is amazing and easy to navigate. It does what you'd expect for scheduling and managing social media content — as well as a community as a whole. Their UI was almost as good as their support! They're always available to help.

    Negative

    The price was just too high to keep us on their books — they were flexible at first, but a change in plans wouldn't allow us to stay with them so we found a less expensive solution.

    Sprout Social offers complete social media management solution from a single dashboard. It helps my team to do effective social media marketing and engagement. It offers a Master inbox which has all the direct messages from user form all connected social media accounts. It gives us ability to schedule posts and even create queue of posts, which is very helpful in case of series of posts needed to published in order. It suggest the optimal time to publish the post- it works based on the history, at what time of day your users were most active.
