Doesnt support multiple rewards options- eg. One for food (higher value) and other coffee /beverages (lower value)
Need more marketing from the company as not many people aware of this.

A great product to maintain customers and build relationships with your clientele... looks good... customers like how the 'card' stamps and how the rewards display...

Sometimes the scan card doesn't work on different phones so customers have to revert to photographing the QR code... some customers run out of time to register so leave it until the next time they attend...

It’s very user‑friendly, works smoothly for both staff and customers, and offers helpful features like push notifications, birthday rewards, and fun Scratch & Win promos that encourage repeat visits. The app also gives you useful customer insights so you can see which promos work and who your frequent visitors are.

The only downsides are its limited customization options and the fact that it may feel basic if your shop expands into a more complex setup.

Overall my clients have really loved the extra rewards and it's been beneficial to implement this at our business!

The app is super fun and engaging, and people especially love the scratch-off options and the excitement of seeing what they’ll reveal!

I do think it's inconvienent that I can't link a new stamp card to my stamp pod by myself - I switch cards each month with new rewards and have to email customer support each time.

I do wish the single use QR codes would be sent as individual pdf files, rather than on a sticker sheet. I use my thermal printer, so that makes it inconvenient.

I love how easy it is for our clients to get their stamp and for us to track the activity. 12/10. I will absolutely add it to my other locations.

The ease, convenience, and customizable functionality. From the customer perspective to the back end dashboard, it's really easy to use and makes earning a reward easy and attainable.

The dashboard needs to reboot and restart often. Also, it would be nice to develop more robust reporting tools.
