I really like the system's straightforward colour-coding and that it's simple to use but very powerful, should we need to use more of its functionality. The fact that the developers of the software are from a manufacturing background really helps, as talking about the day-to-day practicability’s of our business is very useful. The team at Statii are very responsive and work hard to build a close working relationship; they often incorporate my suggestions into the software updates at no cost, if they see it being an overall improvement. I think the updates happen approximately twice per year. I think it's great that, for the subscription, you get the whole package and do not have to pay for functions of the systems; you simply use as much or little of it as you want.

Having a product hosted in the cloud makes me a little nervous, as continuity of the product is felt out of my control. However, having explored various software options, this would be a concern with any system. It would be nice if the product handled the accounts function 100%, as opposed to having to export to separate accounts package.

Statii has taken our company to the next level being able to manage the stock, sales, purchases and invoicing all from one easy to use system. I can also foresee Statii being able to handle the growth of our company with no issues at all so we will be using them for a long time!

The ability to not proceed from a certain stage until all required information is completed prevents important information being missed.

Statii team are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues that have occured. Always available on the phone.
I could go on...

A few minor things;
Cannot account for multiple prices on a part (ie; if you have ordered same thing in 2 batches at different prices).
Cannot 'look forward' in Inventory to see what assemblies a specific part is used in.

We've been using Statii now since 2017, and we haven't looked back! Over all I’ve been really impressed with it and it’s really helped our business improve efficiency, increase our GM's and helped support us with keeping up with the increased demands of our customers.

I spent quite a long time looking for a simple to use solution to help with tracking the production and administration for our business and found Statii by searching the internet. After quite a bit of research and comparing it to other systems, I could tell straight away that it was going to be perfect for us. We wanted something very simple and user friendly. To be able to log hours taken on jobs using tablets on the shop floor has given us the insight to see which jobs are being quoted correctly and which jobs haven’t.

It's also helped us to make significant progress on the administrative side of our quoting to invoice paper trails, especially compared to the word, spreadsheet and accounts package systems we were using.

We like the simple design and have managed to gradually get used to the system and adapt it to how it works best for us. We are now at a point where we have a useful database of products and costings which cover the majority of our processes saving us a huge amount of time allowing us to quote more quickly and keep detailed records of every order for traceability and repeatability. We haven't quite cracked the inventory side of it yet, but that's not a Statii problem, that's an us problem! ;)

I love how its constantly being developed, but overnight there might be an update that leaves you baffled and you don't get informed about any additional features that have been added on, so you aren't aware of it until you happen to come across it, and so you don't know if the changes are useful to your business or not until you phone into the team and ask what the new function does.

Statii is a really good MRP system that does everything we need. It is easy to use and works really well.

I like how easy Statii is for users. Nothing is over complicated like some other systems that I have used. All elements can be picked up quick and make sense.

We haven’t had any problems. We have wanted Statii to produce some additional information and this has been adapted for us quickly after a simple phone call.

Statii is a great product all around. It makes simple tasks ten times easier. The home screen is simple, efficient and easy to navigate around. The personnel feature in which you can see who is clocked in to which jobs is also great and beneficial.

Cloud system which relies on the internet to run so can be an issue if the WiFi goes down.

Great easy programme, would recommend.
We use this on a daily basis and it's helped the way we work.

Really easy to use, and can use anywhere, I have this on my laptop. (If Wi-Fi available). Good price too.

Can be a tad slow when internets playing up, but that's not the programme's fault. other than that I cannot think of any cons.

Overall this system is a life saver, not only has it improved profitability its improved qt rat times.

Overall this is one bit of user friendly bit of kit and made my job so much easier i wouldn't want to be with out it . much better than others software I've used as it always evolving.

I like just about everything on Statii its easy to use and very logical (I feel like a Vulcan now ) ha ha ha. Most of all support and customer service is instant and i mean that just one phone call 5 seconds and your talking to someone helpful.

Nothing yet I can't fault this at all, any problems I've had have been sorted very fast and normally something i done wrong.

Our overall experience in using Statii has been excellent. We have found that our efficiency on projects have improved also mistakes have been cut considerably . Ours is a company making bespoke items and we have found Statii willing to listen and make bespoke changes just for us.

The system is very user friendly, easy to use even for people with low computer skills. Safeguards are in place on the systems so that permission can be given onto what modules can be used also data cannot be accidentally deleted. When used correctly you have a complete picture from start to finish of your sales order.

There are certain things that have cropped up in using the system that it will not do but on the whole they are specific to our business.

Brilliant piece of software which has helped our companies procedures become very simple.

Due to the format of Statii nothing is missed and all tasks are completed from cradle to grave with minimum effort.

I wouldn't ever change to another system, I run my business through Statii now. It gives me the information when I want it and allows me to mold the system to complement my business. All I need is Statii to have an instant update on how my business is performing and what areas need addressing financially.

Easy to use, great support and has enabled me to manage my production within a few clicks. Looks professional when I send the automated PDF's out to my customers.
I can now see all the data I require to manage profitability and where I need to increase my prices. Also I have factual information to give to my customers so they never argue over increases. I would definitely recommend.

It takes a while to get used to how it works and which buttons affect which part of the system. However once you are over this it all makes sense. If I did get stuck the team at Statii log on to your PC and give you the solution instantly.

Statii is a great addition to our business. Pete and the team are always on hand if we run into any issues or need to adjust anything and they respond in a speedy manner. It has help out business grow and be more efficient.

We use all the features to help our business run smoothly. We love the fact that we can do all task's using the program from diary entries to work sheets then invoicing and deliveries. A great pro is we also can see exactly how much profit each job has made and the area's we have overspent. The best thing is when looking at current or previous sales orders we can see every thing that went into that job such as quotes, purchase order's for stock, delivery notes and you can attach any files and notes.

The biggest con we find is that because we are based quite rural and up a farm track we don't always have the best internet connection. As Statii is online only we sometime have trouble with our connection.

We've been using since September 2019 and our skill levels and knowledge base have increased and I hope we have passed some ideas for improvements back to Statii.

We currently have around 20k active parts on Statii including top/charge line parts, sub-assemblies and components in our inventory. In Statii it is easy to create complex parts using sub-assemblies.
The process of enquiry-sales order-works order-completion has made our lives easier.
The ability to download csv files into Excel makes the creation of reports very easy.

Not much. Any issues that have arisen have usually been resolved by the team at Statii very quickly.

Customer support is excellent. Suggestions for changes/improvements are always considered where possible.

Costing of jobs can be tracked effectively. Always receive prompt response to queries without need for call back.

Cannot repeat last action with single key stroke, however i understand that this suggestion is being considered. eg when confirming incoming multiple deliveries.

This software, if modified by the end user could be used in any manufacturing environment. The support to get to this end goal is excellent.
