I like StockHero customer support team. They are always so responsive and detailed. I can contact them on WhatsApp and email and they will always reply very fast.

I like the customer support. very very responsive. even my emails sent to them on Sunday was replied to. This will never happen in Japan! The marketplace strategies are good, even by my standard. I am an experienced trader and noted that the some strategies on StockHero has very good Sharpe ratio of 3 and above. Impressive!

The mobile app does not contain as many features as the web app.

As a small business owner, StockHero really allows me to trade much better without having to understand all the complexities of automated trading. Basically, a great tool.

I've been looking for an automated trading bot for some time. Tried a few and finally tried StockHero. Their marketplace strategies really work well, especially the sigma strategies. Their customer service team is very responsive.... even replying on a Sunday. pretty rare in New Zealand where I live.

I prefer Interactive Brokers but they do not support it. Was forced in a way to use TradeStation since they said it is the most stable.

My overall experience with the product and with the StockHero team has been pleasant. Their bots work well and most importantly, their team always reply to my questions expeditiously (sometimes within minutes). I think it is hard to find a company like StockHero nowadays.

I signed up for their Premium plan and was given their Sigma bots. Those bots were doing well for me even in the choppy August market. I am pretty impressed. But, the reason I am giving this review is because of their customer service rep - Ann. She was so very helpful and patient in explaining things and helped me to get setup.

Occasionally, some stocks are missing and I would have to email their team to add those missing stocks. A bit of a hassle but no biggie.

Overall, I highly recommend StockHero. Unlike other competitors which I've tried, the StockHero marketplace bots work as advertised. High win rates and great support. I've already introduced some of my friends. As a small time business owner, using a good bot software helps a lot when I do not have the time to monitor the stocks. And yes, I tried StockHero due to its reviews on SourceForge - the go to place for reviews.

Their scalping bots from their Bots Marketplace really works well. I've been using them for more than 6 months. Personally, I love bots that trade on high frequencies and the overall performance of the ultra scalp bots are great! There are losses as well of course, but overall the bots achieve a very high win rate.

Their app UI needs a little getting used to. I was initially kind of lost. However, I engaged their White Glove service and the gentleman from StockHero helped a lot to answer all my questions.

I am a Professional user on StockHero. As I mentioned earlier, their TradingView integration is neat. But, another thing worth mentioning is the very fast response I get from their customer service team. There were lots of conversations during my onboarding phase where I had lots of questions regarding TradingView. The StockHero team answered them patiently.
Frankly, their pricing is not expensive at all. If anyone else is keen to consider, StockHero is a no brainer.

I really like the flexibility that StockHero has built for integrating with TradingView. As a professional trader, I use lots of TradingView signals and finding a bot software that allows me to integrate buying and selling easily and comprehensively was difficult. Not until I found StockHero. Their level of sophistication actually wowed me.

At the moment they only support TradeStation. I trade with other brokerages and hope that the StockHero team will expand the support for other brokerages. Other than this, everything else seems good.

I am actually someone who loves automated trading. I've always lamented that existing software out there are complex to use. That is until I found StockHero. Also, I would rate their customer service 5 stars. They never fail to get back to me within a day and with detailed explanations to my questions. Kudos to the team for creating a wonderful product. And the pricing is not expensive. Just 49 USD per month.

I love their Market Neutral bot that is listed in their Bots Marketplace. The setup and onboarding was very fast. I scanned through the various bots in the Marketplace and decided to rent their Market Neutral bot due to its higher than usual performance compared to the other bots. I was not disappointed at all. Getting StockHero up and running was really fast. I selected my favorite stock and the capital for the bot to trade and that's it. So far, this Market Neutral bot has really made profitable trades for me.

In addition, I like it that they also have an iOS app that allows me to monitor the bot's activities anywhere.

Nothing really. But, I do wish they have more bots in the Marketplace.

StockHero has become my trading companion. One of the important thing I notice is that the software works 100%. The bot executes as it should, all the time. And to me that is what is most important. I also like the bots offered in the marketplace. I tried one and it is working well.

StockHero packs a punch when it comes to its features. After reading several reviews, I thought this software catered to beginner-to-intermediate level traders. However, I could execute some complex strategies when I tried to configure them in StockHero. The interface is laid out in easy-to-understand English as well.

They do not have the latest news streaming in. It would be a nice touch to have this feature, like a Bloomberg news terminal.

I highly recommend StockHero. It is a great software that really works. I mean their bots work. They made profits for me overall. Their customer service deserves 6 out of 5 stars!

I love the various pre-made bots in StockHero's bots marketplace. One thing that I would like to highlight is their White Glove service. As usual, the clueless me was hoping for some kind of one-to-one guidance to help me get onboarded fast. I was particularly impressed with their customer service team, Ann. She never failed to answer all my questions fast, literally within minutes at times. Anyway, the main objective is really to make a profit and so far their bots from the Marketplace did as expected! They are running around 90% win rate for my favourite stocks like Paypal, Microsoft and some tech ETFs.

I use a mix of their web and mobile apps. I find their web app better to use. Maybe I am just a middle aged man who prefers a larger screen. It would be great if they can also save backtest results. Otherwise, I have to keep re-configuring the backtest settings. I've feedback to the team about this and hopefully they will take my suggestion seriously.

I am a business owner and have no time to sit in front of my computer to trade. A friend of mine introduced me to StockHero and told me to just rent a couple of their Marketplace bots. I was glad to take his advice. StockHero bots work really well for me and their bots' performances are really good. I've been using them for two months and love every bit of their software and customer support.

So far StockHero supports U.S. stocks but I wished that they also support more stocks from other exchanges.

I am a stock trader working in a Japanese brokerage with about 5 years of experience. As I need to trade the US markets and prefer to rely on algorithms, I tried StockHero. StockHero has been a great stock signal generator for me. Since they do not support the brokerage that I trade from, I am using StockHero to tell me when to buy or sell a stock. This has been working great so far. Each time there is a trade, StockHero mobile app would ping me. I will just execute it manually in my brokerage account.
Overall, StockHero is a good app.

- the trade notifications are really awesome. Their mobile apps allow me to know when a trade occurs in real time
- many good strategies baked into bots. This saves time for algo traders to code out their strategies.

- not many bots in their Marketplace.
- does not integrate with many brokerages. But, I guess that's fine since I am using it as a signal generator.

StockHero has made mostly profitable trades for my portfolio. The engine is robust and works 100%. It really helps in enhancing the quality of life for traders since StockHero does the work of monitoring the markets and executes trades based on my configurations. Now, I can just chill and read my books and leave the stock monitoring to StockHero.

The bots work well and as they are intended to be. They have many bots with strategies that suit the needs of most traders.

Right now, they are only integrated with TradeStation. I hope more brokerage will be connected soon.

My overall experience with StockHero has been great. From customer service to the feature set, everything is offered. I am a team leader for a trader platform and have used numerous automated trading systems. StockHero is quite revolutionary and I would say has the potential to be a leader in its field.

I think the first thing that impresses me was the fast turnaround for their customer service. Not many software offered WhatsApp chat and I was pleased that StockHero offered this. As a trader, time is of the essence and having someone to answer my questions in real time really tops it off for me.

Other than that, their software is simple to use. I love their various colour themes that offer lots of personalisation options. Their partnership with TradeStation is great, since TradeStation is a well known and reputable brand.

It would be good if they can also support other brokerages like IG or Saxo. I've feedback to their team and they told me they are looking into them.

My overall experience with StockHero has been great. Their super fast backtest is worth mentioning as many traders would use backtesting to trial and error their strategies.

Everything! I mean this software StockHero is so well designed, it blew me away. I, especially, love the many configurable options available and how they managed to make it easy to deploy at the same time. I feel this product hits the sweet spot for new to intermediate traders.

Another cool advantage is their superbly fast backtest. I don't have to wait more than 10 seconds and most results come back within a second or two. Amazing.

I've only used the web app and so far find the interface not mobile-optimized. Although one can easily download their mobile apps, having a mobile-optimized web app would be a nice touch. Anyway, I've communicated this to their team and they said the web app will be mobile-optimized in a month. Let's see.

I got to know this software from a colleague of mine. I've tried other bot software and felt that their UIs are stuck in time. StockHero has a very nice UI that motivated myself to try it out. Its bot offerings are many and allows experienced traders like myself to implement simple to complex strategies easily. This is a great software for both beginners and advanced traders alike.

There are many trading bot software. Some offer no frills - invest and go - feature that I do not like. You never know if these platforms are front running your trades or creaming you off. With StockHero, I am assured that my trades execute as they are set up for. Since I am an experienced quant trader, I was able to try StockHero without much handholding and was impressed with the ease of configuring my trade strategies. It is really code-less as they proclaimed.

Their customer service is worth a mentioning too. Great response time (usually within hours) and helpful always. Hard to fine something like this in this time and age.

Pricing is also pretty reasonable compared to their competitors. You can sign up for their best plan for under a hundred.

StockHero offers many settings for experienced traders. There are a good number of bots that cater to commonly used strategies such as DCA. Amazingly, they also support my favorite signal provider - TradingView. Kudos.

I do not like their mobile Android UI. It looks cluttered with too many numbers. Hence, I am using their web app which looks much sleeker and neater. I also wish they allow more than 30 bots for their Pro plan.

My overall experience has been positive. Although I've used this app for only a month, I was able to achieve a win/loss ratio of about 70% as a beginner myself. I think I will improve as I get to know more about automated trading. StockHero really helps enthusiast like myself get a foot into automated trading in a positive way.

Simply loving the simplicity. Unlike many others that are flooded with many features that confound myself, StockHero presents the most commonly used features in a user-friendly way. I think new users will not be overwhelmed by StockHero.

The only gripe I have is to have more indicators in addition to their existing six. Otherwise, I am good with their existing set of signals.

My overall experience has been pleasant actually. What separates a mediocre product and a great product is the customer service experience. StockHero does not disappoint in that regard. In terms of trading, StockHero has worked without a single fault. It is amazing considering how another software I've tried is quite buggy.

I love their customer service team. Their responses have been very thorough and had helped me with the onboarding experience. StockHero interface design is modern, intuitive and does not overwhelm me at all. Their bots cover many of the strategies used by our trading team saving us precious coding time!

Their Android app design is a bit different from their iOS app. Sometimes, finding a feature takes more effort due to the inconsistent UIs.

When I first started on StockHero, it was quite an easy onboarding process. Their UI is pretty smooth. Everything just makes sense in terms of which buttons go where, etc. I believe this product has the potential to be a global hit if the team can create features catered to advanced traders as well. But, so far, I am loving it.

Almost everything. StockHero has all the common strategies like DCA and Grid built into an easily consumed user-interface. I was able to configure my "secret sauce" trade parameters into the bots easily. Another thing is that their pricing is not expensive at all. There are other inferior products that are priced many times more.

StockHero features are really good for beginner to intermediate traders. However, certain settings are missing that in my point of view are often used by advanced traders. I've communicated this shortcomings to their team and they told me to wait for their next version to be released in Jan 2023. We shall see if they do better.

First of all, the bot that I rented from their Marketplace made profitable trades for me. So far, it has been 100% profitable. Hence, I would like to give this app a good review. I tried others and none can come close to what StockHero has accomplished in terms of strategy and the user-interface. I love the clean UI and how it does not intimidate me when I first tried the app. Anyway, I am in the Venture Capital industry and does my own trading.
