I am most impressed with the customization options and ability to dream up any report that I want with the data sources that I am using. I also really like the visual dashboards and that I can share them with my clients.

Hard to come up with this one, but so far I have no complaints. The user interface could use more help icons, but the help desk was able to answer my questions and keep things moving along for me.
