    Summary

    My point of contacts from sales to onboarding have been exceptional.
    Not only will I recommend Surfly, I want to partner with them.
    This software is going to benefit industries that are looking to significantly increase client acquisition, customer service/client engagement while also decreasing costs associated with the above

    Positive

    Several things:
    1) Ease/Simplicity of setup & use
    2) Technical knowledge not necessary
    3) Budget friendly
    4) Compatible with Apple, Android & Windows

    Negative

    There are currently no cons. I will update again after 6 months of use.
