This tool has saved so many deals that I would otherwise lose because clients cannot download Zoom into their phones or pcs

I love that no software needs to be downloaded on the client side. This makes it super easy for them and less hassle for us.

None really it works as intended which is why I prefer it over zoom.

Would highly recommend as it has helped my clients feel confident that I am a legitimate business. They can see everything we are discussing on the screen in front of them.

It's been great for me, no technical issues, customers seem to appreciate the option to see presentations quickly and easily.

Appreciate the ease of use for both agent and client, it definitely help sales production with those customers that aren't comfortable or know about video sharing.

Only wish I knew about CrankWheel when I started my sales career

Overall, highly recommend for anyone that's needing a reliable webinar service without needing to set up a zoom link or google meet. I can be on a regular phone call with a client, send them a meeting link directly to their phone via text, and do my consultations on the go. For its level of flexibility and reliability, I recommend anyone who needs to communicate and screenshare as needed to keep this tool as an essential in their digital toolbox.

I've been using CrankWheel for almost two years now and I couldn't recommend a better webinar service, They make it super convenient with option to send meeting links via text, email, or copy the link. Options to share screen, window or browser tab. Webcam optional, you can schedule meetings, pause screenshares, chrome extension, and even set it up so that when people join the meeting, they need to provide a confirmation number to get in. I'm a licensed self-employed individual and CrankWheel also has the option to build in consent forms in both English and Spanish for the client to fill out right there. All in all, I get my money's worth every month and never regret my investment. Super satisfied with my experience.

It's not perfect which is okay, things happen and small inconveniences occur. It works 99% of the time but occasionally some features may glitch out such as having the clients fill out forms through CrankWheel. This is typically fixed by resetting the screenshare once or twice. Worst situation I just had to log out and log back in. Otherwise, not many cons. Overall video quality could improve on the client's end but it is still a very clear image and I have yet to have someone complain about visibility on their end.

I always use it when sharing information with my clients as a freelancer and sometimes, to my mentees when I am mentoring them. I mostly go to the website, put my user and start recording easily. I then share it with my clients or mentees and that's it! No difficulties at all and a great experience.

It is easy to learn, share and use. I love it because it gives you a professional presentation of your work to clients and it is different from loom or other sharing screens options. I just love it.

I wouldn't say that I have any cons. At the moment it served me well and I still recommend it to my friends.

Very good program. I have only used via a PC in an office setting. I have the extension saved and can launch it instantly!

CrankWheel is the easiest the program that I have ever used. Many potential clients that cannot get onto other products have no issues connecting via CrankWheel. Ease of use for presenter and ease for end user is CrankWheel's biggest strength.

None!!! The con section is really not a "fair" request. I have found no flaws in the software and found that it works great when other programs don't.

It's hard to use other features on Google Chrome -- Can't do "program window" or "fullscreen" tab.

I'm using CrankWheel inside applications that have their own embedded screen and webcam sharing functionality and it is far better! It was extremely easy to setup and start using right away. Additionally, using it to display sites like Miro boards is great, because I can limit the interactivity that is a problem sharing a URL. Fantastic for webinars as well...I can show a presentation and an inserted webcam view!

It was hard to find the best pricing model for my use, but the email support was extremely fast in helping me.

So easy to use, other programmes require a difficult set up, CrankWheel is super straightforward and means that i can quickly demo products or solve issues with ease.
