Overall I like this solution much better than competitors I have used before. It seems some corporations require that you use Teams, Goto Meeting, Zoom, Webex, etc... This solution does not seem to have that impact on these customers.

Ease of use. I can quickly set up a link with my prospects and customers. I receive good feedback from them on this solution and often ask me about it. I think sometime they get tired of their current sharing applications.

There were a few things that were not intuitive to begin with. Meaning I couldn't find how to do a few things, that appeared to be hidden a bit. After a few more times of using it, it works as advertised.

Great software for screen shares quick and easy!

I've been using screen shares since the pandemic hit. I am in the insurance business. CrankWheel is by far the simplest and easiest to use. It bypasses a few opticals that some other screen share services require. One of the main pros is that it does not require the party you wish to screen share with to download anything. It is a simple text message or email and boom your n a screen share that easy!

Maybe an encrypted option to have a higher level of security and possibly have the option of video chat. Just an idea. Also maybe have some saved link you can automatically send with the link to see screen.

We love CrankWheel and their commitment to making communication software as simple and easy to use as a phone (but with high engagement). We also love the content they produce to enable sales teams!

CrankWheel is a great product that is simple and easy for the customer and sales agent to use. The ability to screen share on mobile without downloading an app, and a full stack of product features that are tailored to helping improve engagement, CrankWheel really has carved their name in the space of communication software and technology!

I love all the features, and people should understand that this does not have to replace your current conference software, but it will compliment and enhance it.

I must go through security protocol more often than I like.

It was ok but I don't use it anymore because of reliability and how slow development was or the program.

I like the concept and idea of how this tool works. The idea is decent and might be great for some businesses.
