Swish.AI Creates No Value in the ITSM Space
Date: Jun 25 2025SummaryI would not recommend Swish to anyone who wants AI capabilities in their ITSM tool. You are far better off adopting an ITSM tool that already has built-in AI capabilities.
PositiveThere is really nothing I like about the Swish AI product. It is redundant, and is completely unnecessary given that there are many ITSM platforms that already have native AI capabilities.
NegativeSwish is a standalone AI tool that requires integration with other ITSM systems. However, there is no product/market fit for Swish because all of the top ITSM tools already have native AI capabilities. I would characterize Swish as a product in search of a market. It has no use case that I'm aware of. The Swish integrations I witnessed were problematic, to say the least. They were complex, time consuming, costly, and did not achieve their objectives.
