What is Sync Technologies?
SyncTech is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that optimize business workflows, boost efficiency, and reduce the costs and time typical of traditional methods in the construction and building insurance industries. Their digital twin service portal offers a quick and economical way to access both internal and external 3D models or digital replicas of properties. By employing Reality Capture technology, the company produces precise 3D building models through laser scanning and photogrammetry, streamlining the claims management process for building insurance and minimizing rework, waste, and delays in construction by thoroughly documenting existing conditions. Furthermore, the Field to BIM or Reverse Engineering service facilitates the creation of a Revit or CAD model of an existing structure, supporting milestone tracking throughout construction projects. This method enables teams to perform virtual inspections, spot potential challenges, retrofit buildings, and compare them against the original designs, ultimately enhancing the outcomes of projects. By incorporating these state-of-the-art tools, SyncTech is not only revolutionizing operational practices within the construction sector but also laying the groundwork for a more efficient and effective future. Their commitment to innovation is evident as they continually seek new ways to meet the evolving needs of their clients.

Synctech was the platform used to create digital twins of two of my properties under construction. When my models had expired after a month and I need to get them reinstated, this proved impossible. I tried for nearly 3 months with no success. When I did manage to speak to someone there, they said, yes it is on my list but you're not a priority, we have much bigger clients to worry about.
Would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
