I like that I am able to send multiple text messages, (I use to do them 1 at a time or send postcards). I especially like the “Happy Birthday “ messages, clients love it!

I really like the ease of communicating with clients. With the use of Textellent my company can be on my clients minds more than once a year (tax time).

I can message my clients about important changes to their tax situation and wish them Happy Birthday. There are many options but these are my favorites.

Easy to use, allows for color coordination so you can assign zoom appointments in one color, in person appointments in a secondary color and distinguish between tax preparers. Easy to set up with the guidance of Textellent Support Team. They were very knowledgeable and patient. The price is affordable.

At this time, there are no cons. If there are small problems the staff is always available to help.

I love the concept and believe our clients do as well. We need to inform clients on this platform that this is an advertisement

I think it's a great idea that our clients receive text messages to say happy birthday, happy holidays, etc. It makes them feel special and makes us look good.

Some folks don't like it. Those are removed. I also like adding my own images as the standard ones are too generic. One problem is that our clients call us from the number they get texts from and of course we can't respond.

Textellent is a wonderful product. Both my clients and my employees enjoy using it for communication.

This is a very efficient way to communicate with clients and they really enjoy the birthday greeting.

I always have trouble with my one click downloader.

Great product at a great price that continues to put the customer first. Love it! Textellent has made it so much easier for our clients to reach us and for us to reach them. I love how this company continues to evolve and add more features to an already great product. Whenever I need help I can call customer service and a real person is always there happy and willing to help. The website is user friendly and they continue to upgrade that as well. Looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

Customer service is 5 stars. If there is ever a time that I need help I can pick up the phone and talk to a real person. Plus they have videos that walk you through all the areas of their product. The online scheduler and text message appointment reminders have pretty much eliminated our late/missed appointments. I love how we can send a text blast when we have an announcement and our clients love getting our birthday texts.

The only that I would say is a con is that they do not have an app, yet. Waiting patiently for an app! :)

Textellent is a great SMS marketing tool for business. It's a highly scalable platform and offers the easiest to start an SMS marketing campaign. SMS scheduling is very handy. Worked great for me.

We have been with Textellent for more than 5 years and we love it.

We have been working with Textellent for a couple of years now and we are very pleased with their services. They do an excellent job of implementing new features to keep your customers engaged.

Customer service and support go above and beyond to make sure you are making the most of all the available features. We just found out it is now intergraded with our CRM Software BossLM to text our customers directly from their profile. Most of our customers prefer to communicate via text. We also utilize appointment reminders.

I always recommend them to my peers looking for text message marketing or an appointment management app.

They are very easy to work with. When you have a question you can call and have it answered within minutes. They also remind you to upload client lists and give you ideas for marketing.

The only con for me is I wish they had more campaigns that are not holiday related.

As a business we are very busy all the time so being able to call and speak to someone who is very knowledgeable on their software has always been a relief. Every time we call we are very satisfied with the eagerness and quickness the agents show to help us update our client list or help us navigate the system.

I have been with Textellent for 2+ years and there is absolutely nothing bad I can say about the services I have received.

Textellent provides me with the ability to do mass text blasts. This allows me to reach my clients immediately. The text messages are sent over a time span that allows everyone to be reached.

I'm able to do an email blast to notify clients that it's appointment time. Clients respond immediately to text messages versus email.

Clients enjoy getting birthday wishes. Clients reply back, always thanking me for the birthday wishes.

A little difficult to work with Ultra Tax but support is extremely helpful in getting the information uploaded into Textellent.
