If I had to describe them in short, I'd say No Fuss, Straightforward, Easy to use.

I found TT on my quest for a more transparent, ethical solution to selling tickets in other words I was done with being ripped off, OR ripping off my customers with extra fees on top of the ticket price.

Uploading and most important, updating my events whilst they were live was super straight forward. The ticket options are very easy to create, from donation based to sliding scale which for me is very important to be able to offer.

Connecting with customer service was really easy and they responded very fast.

Super LOVE the ability to send broad casts to my buyers, this was a feature I was not expecting but I have used several times.

Navigating the events, the dashboard is really easy, more so then another big ticket seller I have used in the past.

Thus far no cons, and so will continue using their services.

I have been using ticket tailor for a little over 2 years now and I love the flexibility of it. As a small arts + event venue, some months I have several events while some I only have a few. Having the ability to change what a pay with them each month has been awesome (as well as having the ability to pause it during quartered months). I also have loved how easily I was able to place it inside my WordPress website and have it branded to my business. And they make it easy to customize to boot! I 100% recommend this product.

Super easy to use and customize, the price (no more paying per ticket!) and an over all awesome site for small businesses!

If there is a con - it would be the big jump between listing 5 events verse 25 events on the small to medium plan. I typically have approx 10-15 events per month that I need listed and I wish there was a plan that accommodated that without having the price jump $50. But with the ease that you can switch plans, I have made do with and it is still be better for my bottom line than the other event systems!

Fantastic product at a great price. Customer service has been excellent and they are always working on ways to make the platform better. I highly recommend it.

I have been using Ticket Tailor for 3 years and it has been a great tool for our school. We use it to sell tickets to events such as plays and our dinner theater gala but we've also used it for our fundraising efforts such as Christmas Wreath and Poinsettia Sales and now our Mother's Day Herb Garden Sale. It's so easy to set up an event and customer service is very helpful.

The only thing I would improve is by adding a better DONATE NOW option for tickets.

Ticket Tailor is great and is our go to ticketing app for selling tickets to our events and workshops.

Ticket Tailor is really easy to use, and integrates well with our website. Pricing is reasonable and flexible. It has a waitlist function, and is easy to make refunds when needed. We've found it invaluable.

There's nothing about Ticket Tailor that we don't like.

This is absolutely the best ticketing solution that I have ever used, hands down. It's intuitive, user friendly, and they offer great support. I highly recommend Ticket Tailor to everyone that I can.

I have worked with a lot of different ticketing solutions, and Ticket Tailor is by far the best that I have ever used. The back end is just very intuitive and user-friendly, and they have stellar customer support.

I don't actually know how I would make the software better than what they have created. I've had no negative experiences whatsoever, so it's hard to come up with Cons.

Really positive. I feel that they really care about me as a customer. The pricing is transparent and they offer a lot more than their competitors.

This is easy to use for myself and the customers and very modern and professional. The customer service is outstanding and it is fully featured.

I run quite nuanced events and it isn't always as flexible as I need it to be, but these get logged with the development team which I like.

Very good, a great user friendly interface with truly excellent (so far!) customer service. Please don't change this Ticket Tailor! So many companies as they grow start to forget about customer service, and I always go with the companies who still keep providing this even as they grow!

Really good interface, very user friendly and easy to create event pages. It is also very good value for money, I was using Eventbrite and the contrast is striking in that regard! Ticket Tailor is so much cheaper.

I think it would be better if the payments were integrated so people don't have to negotiate Stripe.

I have used nearly every online ticketing platform available and TicketTailor is among the best I have used. The company is extremely responsive and the online chat feature is outstanding. For the money, this is one of the best platforms out there. Definitely worth considering.

Very stable, full-featured and listens to their users needs. The check-in app works flawlessly and is easy to use. The newly added multi date and time feature is very easy to use and saves a lot of time for events with time slots. Works with in-person and online events, and even allows for donations.

Does not have a box office point of sale option, but very few do.

I was particularly impressed Ticket Tailor does not charge me when I don't charge others, when I offer free admissions. I think that says a lot about the company and the people who work for it. We offer a lot of free admissions and I so appreciate this benefit.

There are a lot of headaches starting a new business. Ticket Tailor makes it easy. Who wants additional headaches?

There is nothing not to like. I compared a lot of options and no other platform came close to Ticket Tailor.

As a non-profit organization, we have found Ticket Tailor to be an easy to use product and reasonably priced.

I have used Ticket Tailor for two events so far and am working on setting up my next event. Ticket Tailor is very intuitive, easy to use, and in a very short amount of time I was able to establish my main account. Now all of my future events will be setup in just minutes! The confirmation was easy to customize as well. On the end user side, the registration process was flawless and easy to use. After each event it has been super easy to get reports as well as the analytics to help us improve our marketing for future events (symphony concerts).

At this point in time, I cannot think of anything I didn’t like about Ticket Tailor. I guess the only thing I would put on my wish list is that Ticket Tailor add a feature /way to help promote public events similar to Eventbrite.

I have enjoyed using this for all of my events. The integration with Stripe is also very helpful. I like that I can customize the look of my box office.

-I don't like that you can't override the quantity of tickets. You have to "reduce" or "increase" by so many.

Incredible experience! It is simply the best at setting up events, tracking the clients and being totally organized!

Ticket Tailor has been an absolute godsend in having an easy way for people to sign up for my paint night events! The live updates to my email when someone signs up keeps me well-informed and organized. The website is incredibly easy to navigate and create new events! HIGHLY recommend!

At this time, I have not run into any negative issues with Ticket Tailor.

Super happy with the product, and will continue to use. I was thinking of creating a registration page of my on on my website, but this is such a great tool that it is now my go to for selling tickets to my educational trainings.

Love everything about Ticket Tailor. The sign up was a breeze, I messaged customer support and they answered right away. Posted my first training event, and was selling tickets immediately.

Love the ease of use, and all the extras. The event page, tickets sold, waiting list, and especially the broadcast. I sent a broadcast to my waiting list, and 5 min later 2 people signed up. Their fees are one of the lowest.

I really have not been able to find a con on this product yet.

I did a ton of research before switching to TicketTailor and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new system!

TicketTailor has a user friendly and beautiful interface. The features are fantastic and intuitive to learn/take advantage of on their platform. Also, there seems to be a growing list of features with new things being released. We use this program for both theatre education registration (classes, camps, shows) and performances at our arts center. The customer service is excellent and the response time is great. It's easy to track purchases and export door lists. You can customize the look/feel of your page and customer questions for the check-out process. We find the fee system to be fair and the prices are better than some competitors. It's great that you can buy credits in advance and save money that way.

I do not have any complaints. I thought that I would want to have phone support, but the chat support has been perfect for all of my needs. Also, I was able to speak with someone by phone while researching.

The best, easy software to use for creating registration and organizing events. I would Highly recommend it!

Easy to create templates of events, getting data about registrants, communicate with registrants.

Showing recurring events is a bit funky, and the ticket system can be confusing to folks who are not familiar/their first use, but overall I didn't have many problems!

We started using TicketTailor for the run of our first live paid show in October 2019. It worked seamlessly for sales and check-in. Throughout 2020, we have used it for reservations to our free Zoom events. Again, seamless operation! In addition, the widget works flawlessly on our Wordpress website. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the customer service reps are quick to respond, quick to grasp a problem, very knowledgeable about their service, and quick to provide a solution. We could not be happier with TicketTailor!

TicketTailor has all the features our small performing arts nonprofit needs for both free and paid events. The cost is reasonable--and less than other online ticket and event services. And the have the BEST customer service on the planet!

So far, we have found nothing to cause us any issues.

We use this for all types of school events from large scale community events to small online events. Works really well for us and our customers find it easy to use.

Overall my experience has been great. I have used Ticket Tailor for two years. Our organization had two events a year. Been using this site for both and it has been a great experience.

I'm very happy using Ticket Tailor to sell tickets to my yoga classes and events. Customers seem to have no problem navigating the site and purchasing tickets, whereas I previously tried other programs (the booking software I use for massage business) that resulted in a lot of trouble-shooting and emails about errors. I'm very happy with my experience with Ticket Tailor!

I love Ticket Tailor (TT) for the ease of use. The dashboard is easy to follow and the fees are significantly lower than others as it is based on per ticket, not a % of the ticket. Customer service is helpful and quick!

PayPal doesn't integrate fully - or I had issues but I moved away from PayPal and use Stripe and haven't looked back!
