    We would definitely recommend this product for independent businesses who host events. Very easy to use and set up and the pricing is set to grow with you. I’ve had direct interaction with the company and they listen and provide solutions and help.

    Site is very easy to use and set up. Allowing stripe and PayPal connectivity is great for our customers. We are an independent outdoor movie theater and we have found every bit of the flexibility and customization we need.

    Negative

    Very few cons to list but the two that come to mind is that the company is Europe based and the maintenance schedule clashed once in a while with our peak ticketing hours. (Often less than a 45 min window.) And the ticket check in app (Tazotix) is a little clunky but has been pretty easy to use once you get through the quirks.

    I've been using Ticket Tailor for about a month or two now and am quite happy so far. Using it is simple and straightforward.

    Ticket Tailor is fairly simple to use. The site allows for customization and also enables you to change and edit (ticket prices etc.) pretty easily.

    There is a fee per ticket sold. Probably comparable to other similar sites but I have not researched it.

    This is a great platform, especially for smaller businesses or event managers. The ease of use is extremely important to minimize the administrative time for promoting workshops and managing registrations. I also appreciate the lower cost of ticket processing since we pass this cost on to the ticket-buyer. Some other fees are ridiculously high.

    I have tried several event management and ticketing platforms and disliked all of them until Ticket Tailor! For the event manager and the ticket buyer it is incredibly easy. There are no unnecessary steps to creating events or buying tickets. Tracking tickets and registrations is also intuitive and seamless.

    I have not encountered any issues or challenges with Ticket Tailor. It has been a great resource for selling tickets to our workshops.

    I love using Ticket Tailor and can't imagine using anything else for our event ticketing! The ease, support, pricing, and ultimately the flexibility is what makes me a loyal Ticket Tailor customer.

    I love that I can start and stop my account based on when we have events happening. We hold 2-3 events per year and I appreciate not having to pay for a yearly service, but only do so when we need it. I also love the customization ability for our event pages and the ability to add our branding. The app also is simply and user friendly for taking tickets at the door at the event. Also, the chat feature is wonderful and always feel like there is support available to help with any issues/questions I have.

    Since I only hold a few events a year, it takes me a little bit to get re-familiar with getting a new event set up. However the fact that my past events are all saved to look back on, makes them easy templates as I set up new events.

    I love the simple way Ticket Tailor makes setting up events. I run a monthly show and I just duplicate the event and change some of the details and it's done. No muss, no fuss. Never have to worry about getting the money (it's sent automatically), if the site is down, if people can navigate buying a ticket or anything. I switched from Eventbrite because it just decided to not work right when I needed it and I never have that issue with TT.

    Ticket Tailor is so easy to navigate and understand. I came from another ticketing program and the platform was lengthy and confusing. With Ticket Tailor I was finished creating my event and ticket information in under an hour and have been able to modify it anytime, and as many times as I've needed. I love the option to add questions to the registration, both required and otherwise. This allows me to get to know my clients before the join our retreats and I get to create a customized event for them. Not to forget that the price is right!

    I left Eventbrite because they hold your money (all your money!) until 5 days after your event. As a small non-profit this was really hurting us. I love the payout structure. Ticket Tailor has all my business as long as they continue to be for the little guys. Thank you!

    After extensive research, I chose Ticket Tailor over the ever popular EventBrite. Although I wish there were more high-res design options, the interface is extremely easy to use. The best part is Ticket Tailor cuts themselves out as the middle-man and all revenue proceeds are sent to you immediately. This is very useful when paying for event-related expenses. It's also user-friendly for customers.

    I would highly recommend Ticket Tailor! I searched for an online tool that was free because my trainings were 100% free. It really was no cost to me! This is amazing for anyone doing community based work.

    Ticket Tailor was easy to use and their support staff were proficient at answering questions. I used it for a single event that had multiple recurring dates. The ability to "broadcast" reminders to all participants was key to making sure that everyone remember the training and had the correct zoom link. I also really appreciated the ability to have a waitlist.

    Once the event is published, I do nothing! Ticket Tailor gives me all the information I need. Very easy to track and monitor the results.

    Easy to use, less expensive than other Eventbrite. Our yacht club began using Ticket Tailor last year when Covid restrictions forced us to limit the numbers attending events. Ticket Tailor does this beautifully and we can have different tickets for different entrees or members at one price and non-members another.

    Sometimes I have trouble editing the program. I send out the sample and other members want changes. It's not easy for me. I have tried to add other members to help. That hasn't happened.
