    Extremely happy with TimeClick which enables me to digitally mark my attendance as I no longer need to write down my attendance anymore and lose my salary if I don't mark it.

    TimeClick provides a digital way to mark time in and time out. You can simply mark your daily attendance on TimeClick. Earlier we had manual attendance where we had to write our time in and time out but since we moved to TimeClick, our life has become easier. I no longer forget to mark my attendance thanks to TimeClick.

    I just wanted TimeClick to integrate into our CRM so that we don't have to manually use TimeClick. Hope developers will attend to this requirement.

    A fine tool to manage employee timesheets!

    Overall, this is a great clocking software (with minor inconsistencies) for our employees. The add their time logs with just a few clicks and carry on with their tasks.

    Positive

    - Entering the timing data is not time consuming for employees. They can simply do it with a few simple clicks.
    - Easy to generate reports based on employe work hours.
    - The product is easy to set up and have all the users onboarded.

    Negative

    - There are several bugs within the product, but thankfully most of them are minor.
    - the UI is outdated and badly needs an update. It is sometimes very complex to navigate.

    Timeclick has shown us an excellent and incredible experience. We have no regrets about making this purchase. We had a small problem at the beginning, but the customer service is amazing and they fixed it in record time.

    It is characterized by an incredible ease of use. In the last update many improvements were implemented which led to make the tasks quite simple. The design is also impressive, it is made to make the customer feel good using Timeclick.

    There is a need for a mobile app, it is tedious to be always configuring from the web. Sometimes there are workers who need to clock in and out because they are in other states and it is not possible to do the configuration because there is no app available.

    Overall, TimeClick is exceptional and easy to handle, despite the hiccups it sometimes shows us, the use is fast and advanced when it comes to activity records.

    With Timeclick we have been able to track leave and hours of our users quickly and easily. Every day we can check in and out every employee from a remote service easy to adapt to any online server.

    The only downside is that workstations cannot be configured manually when adding an employee as it is not cost effective to create a workstation for each employee when each one is and should be assigned to a specific department.

    Entering detailed info on employee page is difficult because dates don't populate easily. Same for entering clock in/outs manually. Program does not integrate with our PTO policies. Would like for employees to be able to enter their own PTO without having to request from administrator.

    Quite simply the best timekeeping option there is for small/medium business

    Fantastic, we have 4 separate licensed locations, and will be deploying more in the future. The cons I listed are merely extremely minor annoyances that do not restrict the use and satisfaction we get from the software. If someone is looking for a digital time keeping solution you cannot go wrong with Timeclick

    Easiest network setup of almost any product I have ever seen. Extremely simple install, and configuration. Offers so many options to setup time keeping how out company functions. Excellent reporting options on top of this. Backups are extremely easy. Importing employee list from .CSV is perfect on install.

    Negative

    The only slight problems I have are:
    1) After initial install you do not have the option to use a .csv file to import new employees. The functionality is clearly there during setup, why not offer this in the admin interface
    2) If the server is down for any reason, remote workstations on a different subnet will sometimes not automatically reconnect. I wish there was a way to specify a server IP that would show up instead of showing the IP box to users that have no idea what it means.
    3) No linux client, and wont run with wine, not a huge issue, but would be nice to keep client costs down.

    Very happy with the product. Does its job without headaches. I use less than the full extent of the software but it is more than adequate.

    I have used this software for a long time. 10 - 15 years. Support is quick and personable. They have been there through migrating software and servers. If you rely on software for your payroll this is a great product. Easy for staff to use. Easy to administer. I have a free(included) on another software program but I would rather use Timeclick.

    TimeClick covers the basic employee time management needs that any dedicated department can meet, it automates our timekeeping and allows our employees to clock in and out in a convenient way, in a software that is installed directly on their work computers.

    Its interface is one of the best of the software we have tested, very simple and ergonomic, having at hand any tool you need, it also generates an automatic lunch hour alert and allows you to make a complete entry without having to include your employees one by one.

    The generation of data in real time could be improved susceptibly, sometimes I need data instantly and I can not get them until a few hours later, in the rest of sections it works quite well, we expect a constant improvement of this great tool.

    All my employees use TimeClick to clock in every day and love it! They can generate time reports and send messages to the admin to request PTO time. Admins use this to generate payroll reports. No one has any complaints!

    Always encountered cheerful, happy and willing reps to help me with any situation that came up. Very knowledgeable and quick to figure out and correct any problem. Never put on hold for extended periods of time or waiting in long queue to speak to someone. As far as the product itself, very easy to use and all the reports, etc are always spot on.
