Good product and easy to use. I wish I had this software 25 years ago.

Timesheets is a system that allows my employees to be responsible for themselves at the same time giving me more control of my payroll than I have had for 25 years. It is easy to use and accessible in a variety of ways.

The only con is the usual hiccup associated with any change when it comes to human beings and change. The customer service is exceptional for myself and all of our users.

It's been great from day 1. The Customer service when I use 'chat' feel like they bend over backwards to make sure my concern or question I have is solved. Very happy with their customer service!

Me not having the time to use all the functions and capabilities, there's so much this program can do. I don't feel I utilize it to it's full potential.

I had an issue importing Timesheets data into QuickBooks. The tech team at Timesheets answered the phone, followed up, and resolved my problem quickly and professionally.

I am very happy with Timesheets. I have used them for 10 years. I have never had an issue and it is very user friendly for when I need to do payroll. Whenever I needed assistance I was called back very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Danielle could not have been more helpful. She listened to what my needs were and she addressed everyone. She also made sure I considered several additional options. I could tell in the way she interacted with me that it was extremely important that I was taken care of. When ever I needed help with closing out payroll or if I messed up on my end, I would call the staff and they walked me through every time.
They make it very easy for me, the program is easy to use and if I ever had a question, they were ALWAYS helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Great program, easy to use. I can keep up with overtime and expenses from users. Very reasonable as well for businesses.

There are no Cons with this program. I love it. Have been using it for about 2 years and the customer service they provide have me as a client for life!

I highly recommend it , Since I prepare the payrolls so just I need to export all the data to quick books and generate the payroll very quick. it's saving our time.

As an Administrator I cannot clock someone in if they tell me they forgot to clock in; I am unable to correct the time immediately. I have to wait till they clock out to fix time.

The team at teamsheets.com were great in explaining the product and walking us through step by step how to use it. It is so user friendly, and our employees love it!

Easy to use, and saving our company money. We used timecards before and employees would clock each other in and out......we were losing money. This keeps the employees honest and we don't have to buy cards and keep up and total everything. It has been a game changer for us.

The only con I have is that I didn't know about this until now. Could have saved us thousands.

no cons nothing more to add here other than please dont require minimum characters if the customer can give feedback using less than that.

Definitely would not use another time calculating service. Love the customer service. Rates are great. All questions answered promptly. Also, I've never been "on hold." I NEVER have trouble reaching a live person to assist me. Definitely recommend

We've never used a timesheet system before. I did shop around. Timesheets' rates were competitive and the process of education was excellent. Staff members also follow up with me regularly to see how things are going and if we are on track or have questions.

A tiny bit confusing to navigate in the beginning, but once you know where things are in the system, it's super easy. The "tad bit confusing" statement is also in part user error and ignorance on my part.

Everything has been great, customer service is the best and can always help!

Reporting is a bit confusing at first but fine after you learn it. There arent any way to customize a report that you need.
