Called today and the tech picked up the phone on the first ring, had the exact answer to my question and the question resolved. We use Timesheets to track all of our IT technicians, billable and non billable work. We also print reports from the program to send out with our invoices.

The product always works and tech support has been very responsive.
Easy to set up and and use. A lot of flexibility. The price is very reasonable.

I really can't think of any CONS for our business. It's all PROS! Great Job!!

Timesheets is wonderful. The software is inexpensive and the features are great! The customer service is AMAZING. They truly care about their customers.

I have been really happy with Timesheets. At this time I do no have any cons.

Coming from a different provider this system is intuitive and doesn't require workaround for ease of use. The support is also excellent and there is someone who is knowledgeable to help you with a usually no hold time.

He helped me see the ease in using reports in Timesheets to help me close my pay period.

I don't see anything that I don't like about Timesheets, it's easy to use and integrated very well!

We set up our account with Abraham 3 years ago and he helped us get up and going every step of the way.
This past Spring our Payroll Processing Company announced it was no longer going to offer their services, so we were forced to find a new Processing Company. The new company also offered an integrated time tracking system, which I thought would simplify our office tasks...
Boy was I wrong! Their Customer Service was sub par and the program itself was not user friendly at all!
One call to Abraham and he renewed us, so we never skipped a beat!!
I really appreciate the ease of using the Time Sheets system, but more so the Customer Service and Support they provide.

The Customer Service is Fantastic! They are available for me when I need them by phone, chat or email.
As Administrator, I can log-in from my phone to view, add or edit all of our Employees with ease.
The Reports section, the fact that I can upload documents to Employee files, as well as several forms available for Supervisors is Phenomenal!

The only downside I see with this program is while using my phone, it won't let me stay logged in all day.

I have been very pleased with our decision to use timesheets.com. My employees find it simple to use and so do I as the administrator. I would definitely recommend timesheets to other small businesses.

He was very patient and thorough as I am new to this and no formal training. He was extremely helpful and personable.

What's not to like? He did a very good job and you should clone him.

I like that the system is very easy to navigate once you get used to it. I would recommend it to other companies just because its very user friendly.

Chat went very well and the Report function of timesheets was great to pull the information I needed.

The fact that the option to filter one or more employees income based on any specific date.

I found it difficult to find the tool that I needed within the Reports section based on the vague description provided.

Marius makes all of my issues go away quickly with his quick responses!

Very quick to respond and answer's the question straight forward.

You really don't find customer service like this anywhere (my ISP should take note). I've never had to wait on an answer to any of my questions. Price is great, considering the level of service you get. Recommend!

The customer service is competent, helpful and fast.

The interface isn't super modern, but the functionality is there.

Overall experience was great and I have no other comments at the moment.

Andy helped me greatly with an issue I was having closing time periods. He also gave me plenty of tips and tricks to save some time and easily close out future sheets.

There are no cons at the moment and there has only been good things.

I was looking for a system that would suit the needs of a large and varied part-time staff. I signed up for a trial period to determine if Timesheets would work for us. One of their reps worked closely with me to set things up and fine-tune the system, making adjustments as needed. I mentioned that one of the reports seemed to be missing a piece of information, and she had it corrected. At the end of the trial period, I decided to continue using Timesheets, and the price suited our budget. I'm very happy that I did!

Very easy to use, friendly, helpful staff, able to accommodate a large part-time staff with various departments and pay rates.

There are two options of reports- summary and detailed. I wish there was something in the middle, with a bit more information than the summary version, but less than the detailed version.

At first the system was cumbersome, the customer service reps were able to address my concerns and together come up with a simple solution for my complicated methods !!

I can talk to someone on the phone who actually listens to my issue's, and offers a few solutions on how to resolve them.

As with all new systems there was a learning curve that I had to get over, but within a few days a got through it

One of the reasons I stay with Timesheets.com is their support. I often have questions on the best way to handle an issue, and the techs are SUPER helpful. Typically in a chat window the offer to call me on the phone, immediately, and walk me through. They have always been quick, helpful, extremely polite and personable. I highly recommend them!

Some of the things are very easy to use, but they are not so super clear that I can recall the steps. Mostly my fault I guess.
