I wish we used this sooner, travel and accommodation was always a headache to arrange especially when trying to get the whole team together in one place. TravelPerk makes the process do much easier, with a very simple approval process we can full visibility and control of what is going on.

We have just started using the TravelPerk service and I must say it is fantastic. Really easy to use, comprehensive options and it takes the stress and hassle out of arranging trips for the whole company.

Nothing not to like about this easy to use service.

I like the app and will keep on using it for personal and work related trips. I recommend it to people who want to do everything on the same app to have all the references close.

I find the app to be so easy to use that you only need a couple of minutes to book an entire trip. It shows all kinds of flight combinations and best accommodations.

Not able To link my profile to booking as well. Bit in general nothing to complain about.

Overall experience is good, and response to changes and questions is prompt. It is very helpful when the response is prompt especially with last minute changes.

Only provides flights relevant to my trip can filter search by flight times which is convenience and useful for business trips. Which makes it getting to where I need to be on time easy.

The way flights are organized is a long lists which makes it times consuming to find.

Great experience booking flights and hotels. The user interface is clear and intuitive, so you don't need a guide to use it for the first time.

Some carrier companies may have more complex options than the ones available.

I enjoy work trips more, now that I can use TravelPerk. Booking flight, hotel, check-in, important notifications only. Can't think of work trips without using it anymore.

It's so easy to book a work trip with TravelPerk. No need to worry about payment, what hotels/plans are allowed. No need to communicate with others in order to get approval.
Just find a flight that works for you, any hotel that you like within the budget and you're done. Payments are handled behind the scenes and as an employee you don't have to think about that.
Booked wrong flight once by mistake. When I reached out to support then helped me reschedule it without extra fee.

There's no cons to TravelPerk that I'd see so far.

The main point of view on rating this product highly is that it is designed for global organisations, is well designed and unlike some travel booking apps, not clunky or containing ads/confusing UI.

The control of company spending is a problem for all organisations, restricting travel arrangements to a budget is a necessity and Travel Perk makes this easy and intuitive to use.

The option to submit travel arrangements for approval allows a approve/reject response, when often an amendment/alteration of request would be preferable.

For a small company like us (less than 10 employees) it is utterly important to make travel planning and booking efficient. We do not have admin staff to handle that. TravelPerk works great for us. When there was an issue with checking in at the hotel, TravelPerk provided the information (proof of prepayment) instantly to the traveller.

Before TravelPerk we were using different services for travel and accommodation. This was labour intensive, created tons of invoices and also made it hard to make everything available for the actual traveller. With TravelPerk all this is resolved, allowing us to plan and book everything in one place. Also, when checking alternatives, the prices are very good!

The only problem was that at one point the hotel was prepaid from TravelPerk, but at checkin they told the traveller that a virtual credit card was used which they wouldn't accept. It was eventually resolved. I did some digging and found out that TravelPerk used Amadeus, which actually encourages that the agent uses virtual credit cards to prepay, so TravelPerk is not to blame. They also took care of the matter immediately.

The idea is just brilliant - managing all my flights, trains, stays on one platform that directly connects with my business calendar and company admins is so smooth! I travel a lot for work and can’t think of a better parter for doing so. The best part is the customer service - you feel you have a PA working for you! Any changes / questions / problems you have they are always there and incredibly friendly and resolutive. Thanks TK!

Can’t genuinely think of any! I had the best experience so far.

It was great 😀. I used to stand in the line for collecting my boarding pass but with TravelPerk it is easy to scan and fly without collecting for boarding pass which i liked the most.

Really It is a good application which made my travel easy with time to time updates. I'm more likely to use this application for my next business trip.

I didn't find any cons with this TravelPerk application.

Overall the process was seamless, hardly faced any issue with booking the flight and the hotel. Happy to recommend TravelPerk to others.

One place to book your work trip. Got all the options available online. The option to choose the flights using the check boxes makes it a lot flexible.

The email suggesting to show the online credit details to the hotel reception was not needed as the hotel already had that. Still good to have that as a backup but the email didn't mention it being an optional set of information.

It's great customer service. There is helpful resources and tips. The emails are specified to your needs.

They do all the work when you need to change arrangements for flights and hotel. They email you back with details and not just a generic written email.

There should be an option if you want to do it yourself to change flights or have them do it for you if someone wants that feature.

TravelPerk are very easy to use and are always very polite, helpful and courteous.
They go out of their way to make sure that my independent requests are met.

TravelPerk always do as much as they can to make booking your accommodation and travel as smooth as possible.

If I was going to be picky, I would say that sometimes there is a bit of a delay in getting a response, but most of the time, I hear back very promptly, if not immediately.

Beginning a new job that required me to travel overseas, for multiple weeks, around the holidays….that last thing I needed was more stress or a complicated travel booking site.

There are many things that make TravelPerk my favorite tool for travel:

- Ease-of-Use: TravelPerk is clear and understandable throughout the whole booking process. At each point of your process you have clear expectations on how to proceed and successfully schedule your stay or travel!

- Confirmations: TravelPerk sends your confirmation and summary immediately after you schedule your stay or trip, along with a follow-up to ensure you know once it has been approved! Not only this, but the reminders are helpful to ensure you don't forget about what is coming up! They even schedule you a Google Calendar reminder if you approve for it to sync!

I have yet to have a bad experience with TravelPerk. So far it has been pretty clear and easy to navigate.

TravelPerk It has been a satisfactory service to be able to schedule various trips and acquire new travel tickets for a specific destination, with the help of this platform, and I have been able to manage each of the trips that take place within the dam, since our employees constantly have to travel to other cities or outside the country to negotiate new real estate properties, for which we are in a good shape has been key to being able to organize each of these trips, knowing exactly the take-off date of each scheduled trip for employees and we have also been able to monitor the date of arrival. TravelPerk is a fairly complete platform to be able to manage all kinds of trips and also to get very good offers. In addition, with this platform you can manage trips for different people who are included in your work group. The things I liked the most were:

1- The main feature that I like is that this platform provides me with real-time monitoring of each of the trips or travel tickets that our employees have purchased, for which, with the help of the platform, we can have an administration and monitoring Complete of the number of trips that will be carried out in a specific time of our company, this function is very important for us since it allows us to know in a broad way, each one of the trips that our employees will make.

2- I also like what this platform offers and it provides a large number of offers depending on my destination and the date on which I will make the trip, therefore, these offers help me a lot to be able to choose the best price to give you. my budget, I have loved all the offers offered by this platform, every time I select a location that I want to travel to, the platform provides me with a large number of different prices so that I can choose the one that best suits me.

3- Another of the things that I liked about this platform is that it has very low commissions on the purchase of new tickets or travel tickets, this helps me a lot since I can get quite low prices thanks to the offers on this platform and at the same time time I am also saving money by paying low commissions for each of the travel tickets I have purchased.

4- I also liked that this platform allows me to know in real time the location of each of my employees when they have recently carried out a flight, I can see on a geographical map, where the plane that an employee has just taken is located For your trip, this function is very important to me, since I can know in real time when our employee has reached their corresponding destination.

5- I also like this platform that provides a large number of exclusive offers such as notifications in my email, this platform sends me constant offers in my email, which helps me to be able or want a great discount on the purchase of some travel tickets, it constantly provides me with very attractive offers to travel to certain tourist places, therefore, this is an excellent platform to obtain incredible discounts.

I have not had any type of problem within this platform, I have always been able to have an extremely complete experience which helped me to obtain a large number of travel tickets quickly, at no time has the platform given me any type of problem, always I have been able to make the hotel reservation corresponding to my trip, in addition, I have been able to purchase various travel tickets for all employees at any time. This platform has never given me any type of restriction when purchasing new travel tickets In addition, the real-time monitoring system of the trips made by other employees has worked wonderfully. I really don't have any kind of complaint regarding the version for computers or the version for mobile devices, since they have worked in a very good way.

Having less friction to create the business travel is very important for me cause i plan, with a busy agenda, near the date and i want to avoid any anxiety.

I log in with a single sign-on and immediatly i can choose and select with my preferences what i need for the next usiness travel.
Everything included form breakfast to car.

The only minor issue i found is in the app with a little less details on additional services from Airline but i suppose is related on low cost airline company.

I would definitely recommend TravelPerk. I'm using it frequently (at least once a week). Customer Service is easy to reach and the answering time is fast.
