Despite the features that Trello lacks to make it a perfect software for project control and course monitoring, I believe that it has been very useful to our company and specifically to our sector. - There is no way to keep track of the times used for each subject within the projects or subject of the tasks. The main problem I have had with this platform is the synchronization of the board of the entire work team that is within one or several projects, tests have been carried out to see the speed with which the status of the completed tasks, actions taken or some notification and it was noted that it took some time for all the team involved to see the applied update. Another point in favor is the little interaction it has with other platforms, in my case I don't see how it can be integrated with Slack in an easier way to be able to carry out specific and organized topics of conversation within a project without losing the thread. I know that I have mentioned how easy and simple it is to share what is done on this platform with clients, but a user outside of Trello is almost difficult because it is not intuitive, complete or safe when it comes to a user who needs to perform a follow-up if you are a client and without being part of the project team. The reports that are generated to be honest are not very practical, there are things that are practically unnecessary as well as others that are missing, very few personalized and incomplete, that essential aspect needs to be improved. I would like more detailed information but one that is practical and easy to understand if you go directly to a project but rather see almost everything within the main dashboard without losing versatility.
